Arcane: Leage of Legends oneshots

Im the monster

Vi was in a complete rage when she found out. She dropped the letter onto the floor and left the shared apartment down to Zaun. Any topsider walking this late at night wisely avoided her and quickly moved out of her way as she headed to the bridge.

Let me paint the picture:
It was around dusk when Vi finally got into their apartment. Dropping her gauntlets at the door she called out, not minding the answer she never got. Getting some water vi headed to the office to see if Caitlyn was busy there. Upon not seeing her she headed to the bedroom flicking the light to show it was empty as well, bed neatly made. In the middle there was a peice of paper that had spots of paint over it.

Vi immediately knew who's it was and grabbed it rage already filling her. The letter read as followed: "paid your girlfriend a visit while you where out, want to come find us? Come to The Last Drop, alon and no weapons. See you there Vi."

As Vi finally reached the Last Drop she saw a ton of shimmer filled and not people seeming to be surrounding. Launching herself into action she punched out at everyone, not realizing she was aiming to kill. She swiftly made her way to the basement where she saw Caitlyn tied up. Immediately racing to untie her she didn't see the hit until it landed squarely on her side. Grunting but not falling she launched herself at her attackers.

The fight lasted a long time and when vi finally came too she saw all the bodies of her attackers on the ground, some laid unmoving, while others were just out cold. Looking at the carnage Vi slowly started to panic, she could hear Vander, her parents, even Caitlyn and Powder yelling at her that she's a monster. Shaking her head to clear it for now she quickly untied Caitlyn before gently leading her out.

Once they were both safely in their apartment and laying on the bed, the note immediately been disposed of, vi sighed softly. "Hey cait?" Vi's voice was quiet and soft, unlike her and Caitlyn was immediately on edge. "What's up Vi? Are you okay?" Vi chuckled softly and nodded, "I'm okay... just wondering something..." "and that is?"

Vi's voice went soft and very quiet again, sounding close to tears. "Am i a monster?" With that Caitlyn immediately looked up at Vi who was turned away holding in her tears. Caitlyn gathered her into a hug gently and shook her head. "No Vi! Your never a monster! Don't belive that okay?"

Vi just nodded and nuzzles into Caitlyn gently just relishing in the fact that her girlfriend was safe and with her again.
