13: Since when?

Jan 13th - Prompt: Coffee and Tea

"I need coffee." Edmund grumbled, running a hand through his hair as he all but glared down at the paper he was working on, as if he wanted to set it alight.

"Since when do you drink coffee?" Peter asked from across the room, where he was stood infront of his desk, tidying up the papers he himself had been working on that morning.

"Since I can't stay awake without it." Edmund replied.

Peter raised an eyebrow at him. "You not been sleeping?" He asked.

"Not really." Edmund shrugged. "I've been working on this paper until at least 3am for a week!"

"You want a hand?" Peter asked, looking concerned.

"No." Edmund sighed. "I'm nearly done, you could go find me a cup of coffee though."

Peter rolled his eyes, but in a playful way. "Fine." He breathed. "Although I don't know why you like that stuff."

"It's good." Edmund said with a shrug.

"It's disgusting." Peter told him. "Drink tea, it's much better."

"I don't mind tea." Edmund said, turning to face his brother. "It's just coffee keeps you awake longer."

Peter chuckled. "I'll go make you some coffee." He said. "I might have some tea at the same time."

"Fair enough." Edmund murmered, sounding distracted as he turned back to the paper.

Peter laughed to himself, before heading from the room to the kitchens.
