"I feel bad for them, sana iniwan nalang natin sila sa university, kung hindi natin sila sinama, baka buhay pa ang mga ito ngayon."
The night was dark, but our thoughts were even darker than the skies above.
God, I miss Ren so much.
Napaisip ako sa kanyang sinabi.
I didn't know I would get attached to those students easily.
"Maybe if I held the door shut, edi sana—"
"Sabi mo hindi n'yo kasalanan then you continue to blame yourself." pagsabat ni Zero sa aking sinasabi at tinitigan ko ito.
Ngayon lamang s'ya nagsalita ulit, he's been quiet since we left the mall.
"Your point is?" nagtatakang tanong ko sa kanya.
"My point is to comfort yourself before others, you can't just tell your brother it's not his fault then take all the blame like you were the one at fault."
The fact that he lost his memories but still remembers to speak English fluently amazes me.
Napaisip ako sa kanyang sinabi.
Comfort myself?
That's unnecessary now.
I don't know how.
"Nakita namin ang nangyari, she pushed you, so you lost your grip on the door, you're right, it wasn't anyone's fault." sambit ni Ren at patuloy na nagmamaneho sa madilim na daanan kung saan kami lamang ang dumaraan.
Wait lang, saan kami papunta?
"So, where are we heading?" nagtatakang tanong ko sa kapatid ko habang lumilingon-lingon ako sa paligid.
It looks like a dead road.
Maybe this is the perfect time to ask my brother about his connections with Cyber City.
"The tablet," Tinuro ng isang kamay nito ang tablet na nakatayo sa harapan n'ya, it was there all along at hindi ko man lang napansin.
"Mapa 'yang tablet, it shows the way in different roads and in different places kahit saan, so I searched Cyber City and ito, sinusundan ko and andiyan para makarating tayo roon." Ren added.
"What's with the shades?"
I watched Zero as he took the glasses off, natutuyo na ang mga dugo nito sa mata.
"Bakit ganiyan?

GLITCH: Divided Cities
Action"What are those? Zombies?" How fascinating yet concerning it is to find a young kid to ask such an interesting and frightening question. They wouldn't mind it if refers to a certain movie, but a question that relates to reality? Oh, that's sick. "I...
