|Paul's POV|

I watched as Vaughn went to the restroom.

"I'll go check on her," Steph said, getting up and leaving.

Mark and Michelle came back.

"I got an ice pack," Michelle stated.

I nodded.

"Thanks, Michelle. They just went to the restroom. I think Vaughn wanted some privacy. She's upset, embarrassed, and scared. She puts up a tough front, but I know her."

They both nodded.

"I'll take this to them. I know there's a private lounge here that would be more comfortable until we all leave."

"Thank you."

She took off and Mark sat down. Out of my peripheral, Izzy came our way.

"She's coming and she looks determined," Mark said.

"I see," I replied.

"Hey, what's going on? I know those faces and you two are pissed," Izzy said, looking between the two of us.

Knowing she was pregnant, I didn't need her or Jamie getting riled up. I'd tell them the situation, but this wasn't the place for that.

"We're fine," Mark spoke before I could.

"You're bad liars," she countered.

We both glared at her.

"I say that with nothing but respect," she quickly added.

"Yeah, I'm sure. Don't worry about it right now. We'll talk about it later," I stated.

Before she could respond, Jamie came over and sat down with a plate of food. We all just looked at her.

"Um, hello. Don't stare at me. I'm just feeding your grandchild and great niece."

Mark laughed as did I.

"No judgment. Enjoy every bite," Mark said.

"They're hiding something from us," Izzy said, folding her arms.

"Mommy!"

Logan came running over, full speed.

"Logan!"

The sound of Tyler's voice stopped him in his tracks. He walked over instead of running. Izzy knelt down.

"Hi baby, having fun?"

"Yes. Where's auntie V? She said she'd play the basketball game with me."

"She's with your grandma. They'll be back soon," I said.

"Oh ok."

I could see the disappointment on his face.

"Come on, Buddy. I'll play with you in the meantime," Mark added.

His eyes lit back up.

"Really?"

Mark stood up and grabbed his hand.

"Let's go chase off anyone who's playing it."

I laughed, shaking my head at his comment. Izzy took his seat.

"Babe, you okay?" Tyler questioned.

"I'm just trying to figure out what my dad and uncle are hiding from me."

"I said we'd talk about it later."

"But..."

"Isabella..."
