3rd Person Pov:

Staring at the two young Demon Slayers, Daki said:" Humans are truly miserable existences. After all, no matter how desperate they get, they can only go so far. How sad."

"Tanjiro! Get a grip on yourself!" called (Y/N), standing protectively in front of him. He was still coughing, not able to stop. His vision was turning darker and darker, and he wasn't able to hear anything besides his own heartbeat.

(Y/N) glared at the Demon, rising her sword up once more. Her sword's color turned from light purple into black, while she readied herself to attack. Just a second later, she unleashed the Sun Breathing, Sunflower Thrust.

Her sword shot forwards, easily piercing Daki's neck, who was not ready to be attacked. She moved back, but (Y/N) moved forwards, ripping her sword to the side, cutting through half of her neck.

"How dare you!" yelled Daki, her features darkening. She moved her obi, about to kill the young girl. However, she never got to that. Instead, her eyes widened as she realized that her head had been cut off cleanly in the blink of an eye.

"Huh?" Grinning, (Y/N) released her breath, saying: "You're too slow." "Eh?" Daki had confusion written all over her face. She cut her head off? This human did? Not paying the Demon any mind, the Demon Slayer immediately turned around, placing her sword back to where it belonged.

She gently placed a hand onto her boyfriend's back, saying: "Tanjiro, calm down. Try to breathe calmly." Clear worry was filling her voice as her (e/c) eyes were focused solely on the boy in front of her.

Unluckily for the both of them, Daki wasn't done yet. She wasn't dead. No, she was very much alive, and pretty pissed, to say the least. Her wounds had already healed, and she glared at the young couple, gritting her teeth.

"This time for sure... I'll kill you." she said to herself, her obi moving at inhuman speeds. Right before the obi managed to reach the female Demon Slayer, however, it was simply kicked away. Daki stared at them once more. Her attack was blocked so easily? Just what is this fight?!

She finally had enough, yelling: "I'll cut your head off! I'll have the best of fun devouring your 'oh-so-special' blood, (L/N)! You'll die now, you-" Daki was cut off by a leg making impact with the back of her head. Her body was flung back by the sudden force, leaving the two Demon Slayers and the Demon girl that had appeared behind.

Nezuko stood in front of her brother and her friend, humming angrily. Veins were visible all over her body as she tightened her hands into fists. She could smell the blood of her brother, which triggered the memories of the day her family was mercilessly slaughtered to come up once more.

While regenerating her head, which Nezuko had destroyed with a simple kick, Daki said: "Now you've done it. You...! Oh, you, it's you. You're the one that man was talking about." "Nezuko, be careful." said (Y/N), watching how she lost no time in attacking Daki.

While Nezuko was fighting with Daki, (Y/N) managed to lift Tanjiro up, placing him onto her back. He was breathing heavily, finally able to stop coughing. "Don't worry, Tanjiro. I'll get you out of here. Then, I'll come back to help Nezuko." she said, starting to make a run for it.

"You're weak. You pretty much haven't eaten any humans. Why did you get away from his control?" asked Daki, walking closer to Nezuko, who was buried underneath some rubble from a broken house.

Daki smiled to herself, proud of the harm she was causing this other Demon. "You poor thing. Your torso is now in complete shreds. You shouldn't be moving. That's a big wound for a half-assed being like you. You can't regenerate right away."

She let out a chuckle, saying: "We're both Demons, so I won't bully you anymore. I'll take you into my obi, and the have the sun kill you when morning comes. Demons would never kill each other. And it'd be a waste of time."

Her eyes then widened. Nezuko pushed herself off of the ground, now standing to her full height. Daki stared at her, not believing what she was witnessing. She was so sure that she ripped Nezuko's whole body apart. She was so sure that she did all that. And yet...

Holding her arm up, which was missing a part of it, Nezuko regenerated it in an instant, causing Daki to silently gasp. This regeneration speed matched that of an upper moon. Nezuko bit onto her bamboo muzzle, breaking it, and causing it to fall to the ground.

And as if that wasn't enough already, her body began growing, and she even grew a horn. Her pink eyes were focused solely on Daki, who was ready to attack the strange Demon any moment now.

But Nezuko beat her to it. She rushed forwards, attempting to kick Daki, who easily cut her right leg and arm off, aiming for her head next.

Nezuko immediately regenerated her limbs, kicking Daki into the ground, her leg even breaking through her flesh. Daki let out a wheezing sound, slowly realizing something.

Nezuko's regeneration ability is greater than her own.

(Y/N) Pov:

I placed Tanjiro down, gently pushing his Haori off his left shoulder to take a look at his wound. "(Y-(Y/N)...?" he asked, his voice sounding like he's barely awake. "Yes?" I asked back, sliding my Haori off my shoulders.

"Can you- Can you look after Nezuko for me?" he asked, causing me to smile softly. "Of course." I answered, ripping a rather large part of my Haori's sleeve off. "Please bear with it." I warned, quickly wrapping the cloth around his rather deep wound, making sure that it was kept in place.

Tanjiro flinched, but didn't say anything. "There. That should limit the bleeding. Just make sure to not move too much, okay?" I requested, wiping some blood off of his cheeks.

He nodded lightly, closing his eyes. "Thank you. A-And I'm sorry that you had to ruin your Haori for me." he said. I smiled, placing a quick kiss on his cheek, saying: "Anything for you, my Tanjiro."
