Ch38 : senju's greatest nightmare

Early in the morning, the scluptor returned to the town square to finish his statue. The street was oddly crowded.

He smiled thinking those people were here to appreciate his statue. He talked to one of them, their reaction was a unexpected.

The people seems to be hiding something from him. It might be a surprise, maybe a big company was interested in his statue or maybe the celestial dragons themself came here to meet him.

He made his way through the crowd until he reach the front row.

His mouth gapped open when he saw the statue. Somthing had been attached ontop of his celestial dragon statue.

A handsom face, with a long black hair. A face resemble the one on the hokage mountain. The head of the first hokage made out of wood was attached to the celestial dragon statue.

He could only stared at the statue and the masked man sitting ontop of it.

A group of marines surrounded the statue with guns on their hand. They could only threaten the masked man because they could damage the statue if they use their weapon.

" Who are you!!!" (Marine)

A marine officer ordered the masked man to gave his name.

The masked man stood up and jumped down from the giant statue. He landed on the ground infront of the marine.

A black cloak with red clouds, orange mask and a sharingan staring at them. He raised his head and spoke in a low yet oppressive tone.

" My name is tobi, tobirama uchiha!!!" (Tobi)

Madara and hashirama used all of their strenght just to hold tobirama from edo tensei himself back to life.

" Tobirama uchiha, you have done a serious crime of disrespecting the celestial dragon. You will be arrested in the name of justice." ( Marine )

"Yes please" (tobi)

Tobi raised one of his hand like a child answering his teacher's request. The crowd became silent. They were looking at tobi with amused face.

" That tobirama guy is an idiot" (people)

Tobirama was rolling in the heaven from the second hand embarassment.

" Ah ummm, hand cuff? " (Tobi)

He walked to the marine and offered his wrist. The marine got confused but still proceed to do his job perfectly.

" Thank you very much" (tobi)

" Ah y-you are welcome, this way sir. Wait, this feels wrong." (Marine)

And so they guide him to the execution platform. He crouch down and put his head on a wooden plank. A sharp blade hanging ontop of his neck.

" Eh, this is wierd. You said arrest? What about impeldown?" (Tobi)

Tobi asked the marines. The marines shrugged their shoulder and said.

" Nah, impeldown is too far. Continue the execution" (marine)

Tobi stared at the marine with shocked face. The blade descent and went through tobi's neck. The crowd went silent, they had just watched a public execution. Among the crowd a certain vice admiral watching the whole scene with conflicted feeling.

The marines went forward to clean up the execution platform. One of them stared at the masked man and felt something wrong.

" I almost died!!!" (Tobi)

The masked man shouted as he stood up. The crowd scream in horror. The marine fell down from the platform. The vice admiral burst out laughing.

The marines recovered their sense and took out their guns. Tobi, he just stood there glaring at the marines.

" Well done, you can leave the rest to me" (garp)

The vice admiral said while walking toward the execution platform. The marines gave a salute and report tobi's crime to garp.

Tobi recognized the vice admiral, he saw sadness and regret behind the old man's face. An old man with a mask thicker than him, hiding his despair behind a smile. Garp went to tobi with a grin and offered him a deal.

" I will take you to the impel down on one condition." (Garp)

Tobi accepted garp's offer without second tought. Both of them had promised to kept ace safe. This will be their chance to do that.
