A loud explosion occured followed by a large earthquake at the marine ford. Cracks ran down the ground with white beard and akainu at the center of it.
Akainu crossed his hand above his head, trying his best to block whitebeard's spear. Blood dripped from akainu's mouth as it curved into a evil smile.
" We have won" (akainu)
Whitebeard's eyes widen as felt a sense of foreboding behind him. He followed his feeling and twisted his body to the right.
Suddenly he felt a sharp pain on his chest. He looked down and saw a fist pierced into his chest, barely missing his heart.
"Zehahahaha i won't miss the second time. " ( Black beard)
Blackbeard swung his hand for the second time. Akainu grabbed whitebeard's hands making him unable to dodge the incoming punch.
The world slowed down, a sense of sadness and relief filled his heart. Whitebeard closed his eyes, taking in the last moment of his life.
" Shinra tensei"
A voice echoed clearly across the battle field, followed by an ear deafening screech and a torrent of force sweeping behind him.
He opened his eyes, and saw a long trail on the ground as if a storm had just passed. Blackbeard's body laid at the other side of the trail, covered in bruises and blood.
" Pick someone of your own size" (pain)
An orange hair man slowly walked toward blackbeard. A smirk appeared on blackbeard's face as he stood up.
" So its a same kind of devil fruit as darkness darkness fruit" (blackbeard)
Blackbeard stood up and walked toward pain, black smokes rising from his right hand.
" Don't get in my way or you will die." (Blackbeard)
Pain's mouth curved into a mocking smile.
" That threat doesn't work on me" (pain)
Blackbeard extended his right arm toward pain, and used his devil fruit. Pain's body was sucked into black beard's hand. Black smokes warped around pain's neck like a collar.
" Now you won't be able to use your devil fruit anymore." (Blackbeard)
He laugh as he waited for pain to beg for mercy. His laughter disappeared as pain wishpered into his ear.
" What devil fruit are you talking about? " (Pain)
Chills ran down his spine as he watched pain's fist making an arc toward his face. The fist connected, sending a ripple on blackbeard's face.
" Almighty push" (pain)
He used his power to increase the force and the speed of his punch. Blackbeard's body was flung into the fort and crashed onto its wall.
Pain turned his head and saw whitebeard fighting akainu. The fight was leaning toward akainu. Pain was about to ran toward them but he stopped abruptly.
His body shivered, all alarm inside his head rang, warning that his life was in danger. One by one people lost their conciousness.
" The war ends now"
He saw a man walking toward the marine ford, his red hair fluttering in the wind. A claw marks were engraved on his left eyes.
The marines and the pirates stopped at his command. Everyone were looking at a certain pirate ship.
A skull with two daggers crossed behind it, and a red strip at the right side of the skull drawn on the flag. Their eyes widen as they realized the identity of the red hair man.
" Shanks, what are you doing here." (Sengoku)
Sengoku stood infront of shanks. The other marines began to lose their confidence, imagining that they would have to fight two yonko at the same time.
" Everyone, please respect what i have to say." (Shanks)
Shanks turned his head toward ace's body that was covered by white beard's coat.
"Ace, please leave his burial to us, don't exploit his death more than you already have." (Shanks)
The marines shouted their objection, accusing shanks of disregarding the marine's victory. To their surprise, sengoku agreed to shank's request.
" Very well. I am fine entrusting him to you, red hair." (Sengoku)
The marine tried to argue, but they couldn't change the result since sengoku held the highest authority in the marine ford.
"I will take the blame." (Sengoku)
The marine gave up and agreed to sengoku.
" Sorry about this." (Shanks)
The marines and pirates silently look at sengoku.
" This war is over. " (Sengoku)
The marines cheered at their victory while the whitebeard pirates went back to their ship with ace's body. Shank exchange a few word with the akatsuki, before he went into the whitebeard pirate's ship. The akatsuki didn't go to the whitebeard's ship and walked away from the marine ford.
