Whilst lynds slept against me I practiced what I was going to say to her . I'm sorry that I failed you as your best friend I wasn't there when you needed me the most I should have been there to protect you and you should never have been alone if by some miracle you forgive me and you still want to be friends that's ok but just know I love you more than a friend and I have done for a while my life is dark without you lighting it up constantly I'm so proud of you and all you have done seeing you overcome your hurdles fills me with so much joy and happiness you deserve the world and all the successes you've worked for day and night. I tried to settle back down to sleep i could still sense something different about mase I hope it was nothing to do with the mystery girl and then when he began his speech I couldn't help but feel a bit jealous and I started to blank some of what mase was whispering when all of a sudden he says I love you so much with all I have and more Lyndsey Nicole brown(sorry about the full name maybe hopefully it's going to be Lyndsey Nicole Mount )I'm so glad your my first love because nothing could ever compare to you I love you forever and then some it's me that's had mase like that I was the mystery girl that had mase worried about being in love with it didn't feel real like me of all people mase felt the same about me as I did for him and I just wondered how much I could keep my secret for but I had to let mase tell me when he felt comfortable enough to do so I was just relieved no one was going to change how things were between us mason is my life and he always will be as far as I was concerned but until then I stayed in my fave place masons arms and dreamed of my future as a mount oh how perfect that would be as I already saw grace,Charlotte,Nikki, and Ryan as family and valued them all deeply at least they showed up unlike my family who didn't care enough to sleep outside of my room like Ryan did or make sure I had eaten anything like grace. I couldn't believe what I was hearing my longtime crush and best friend had also had feelings for me this was too much of a dream that I didn't want to wake up from it whilst things were going well I decided now was the moment I took a deep breath in and placed lynds comfortably and just sat on her good legs side and took her tiny hands in mine being mindful of her cannula and with a big breath in I said lynds I'm sorry that your in here and I can't do anything special for you but I've loved you from the second I saw you you make everything so much more worthwhile I want nothing more than a future with you I want you as mrs mount and the mother of our children so can we start it now and will you please be my girlfriend. I did it I actually managed to confess my feelings to lynds it didn't feel real but I also had a huge sense of relief

I felt nothing but excitement at masons words and his promises before I gave him my answer I had one question to ask him first. Hey mase as cute as all of what you just said was can you promise me something else . What anything name it and it's yours he says . I squeezed his hands and said promise me your mine forever and In return I'll be forever yours without hesitation mase looked me square in the eye and said yes that's all I've wanted from the minute I spoke to you when you first moved in that's how long I've loved you for he said and so to put him out of his misery then I can't say anything but yes mason I will gladly be your girlfriend. With that confirmation mason and my lips touched in a soft comforting kiss and When we both pulled apart we were smiling cheek to cheek and i yawed and mason instantly came back up to help me get comfortable and he kicked his shoes off and got into the bed with me and placed another kiss on my lips I don't think I'm ever going to get bored of that he said. Well I'm certainly not going to get bored of receiving them and we snuggled up tighter than we ever have before but just before sleep overwhelmed me I heard sleep tight baby I'm here always there's no way I'm leaving now I've got what i never thought I would get and that's your love and nearly losing you was the worst thing I've ever had to go through so any chance I get with my gorgeous girl I'm taking.
