I woke up to lynd's gently stroking my arm and saying hey good morning gorgeous time to wake up and I say mmm I'm up babe and i stretched my arms and open my phone to see lynds had put a message in the chat with me Kai and timo (cobham crew ⚽️) ( queen mount💙) Right my darlings timo and Kai you are on individual training for the next few days okay so depending on weather you will either be back pitch or indoor okay 🥰 and timo replied with (turbo timo🌪️) Okay a chance for me to build on a few things 🏋️‍♂️ (king Kai 👑) okie dokes thanks for letting me know lynds 🫶🏻 and I get up and head over to bree and say good morning baby right breakfast time is here but what to have mmm we could have weetabix or ready break and Bree cheers and I said sounds like that's the plan then and I carry her downstairs and Nikki and Blake are in the kitchen and Nikki says morning mase just making a coffee want one and I say morning nik and yes please and Nikki makes our drinks and I give bree her breakfast and she has that and I eat mine at the same time and Nikki brings in my coffee and I say thanks nik and nikki says welcome and Blake starts messing around with his breakfast and nikki says tonight because you have been naughty and I make Blake's breakfast and show nikki how I make it so she knows and then I drink my coffee and take my mug out and wash it in the sink before transferring it to the dishwasher and then I head upstairs and start getting ready and I headed to our bedroom and I sit on the bed and help Lynds with getting some of Archie's clothes ready for him to wear and sorting out what is going to be in the bag for him ready for his arrival and lynds says thanks for the help baby but you really need to get yourself ready so go on trouble and she softly tickles my Sides and I giggle and say yeah yeah I'm going i promise and I gave her a kiss and then I grabbed my tracksuit and headed in the shower and started getting ready and then when I was finished in the shower I got dressed and brushed my teeth and then I headed back downstairs to pack my bag and then I played with Bree while lynds was in the shower getting herself ready and I did a few puzzles with bree and just as we finished the last puzzle lynds came down and said you two are suspiciously quiet what are you up to and I said we have just finished some puzzles and lynds said oh fun I'm just making up ours and Kai's snack box and she headed into the kitchen and began chopping up various things and then she made our smoothies and said right that's all done and ready and she said right gorgeous are you all ready and I say yep I'm all sorted and I help her put her coat on and after both of us say bye to bree we then head out to the car and we make our way to the training grounds and I park up and help lynds out and carry her bag to the office and opens the door for her and then she sets up her laptop and then I ask do you want a drink baby and she says yes please gorgeous and she says there's your snack box and drinks and there's Kai's so in case you see him before me and I take the boxes and head to the kitchen and I'm greeted with the man himself and I said morning bro a present from my wife she's done you your own snack box and Kai says your wife is the best bless her and I make her drink and say isn't she just right bro I'm gonna drop this off then I'll meet you over at the briefing room and Kai says okay mase see you in a second and I take lynds her cup of tea and say your tea babe anything else you want or need and she says no I'm okay babe you can go have fun with Kai and timo and you've been assigned indoor pitch okay and I say okay babe and I headed back to the briefing rooms to meet with Kai who's sat on his phone with a cup of coffee and he says heya bro and then Chris arrives and he says right gents everyone Barr mason Kai timo your outside and split into the same groups and mason Kai and timo you've already got a training plan and you have the indoor pitch and Kai says ooh I love my bestie and his power no outside work for me what a win and I say bro you really don't like the cold do you and Kai says noo I don't Which is why I love my football getting to train and play in hot and warm countries and I say yeah it's nice to experience sunny weather rather than rain a majority of the time and Chris gives his brief and then me and Kai and timo make our way to the indoor pitch and I enter the code to unlock the door and kai says so boys what are we starting with for warm up and I said well we can easily lightly jog around but maybe do one lap of walk two laps in a light jog and then back to walk and then a another lap in light jog and then leg and hips warm up and then footwork and then drills and techniques and timo says bro you should really think about taking up coaching you'd be insane and I say must be the uncle/Dad side of me and Kai says or the most competitive captain I've ever played with and I have played with German captains and not one single one is as intense as you mase and I said hey I'm just passionate for my badge and team and timo says yeah not that we need proof of that and we all giggle and we do our training until the door opens and lynds says okay boys start cooling down now ready for lunch and Kai and Timo both sit down and lay back panting heavily and Kai says lynds your husband is a workaholic everything in my body is screaming at me now and I say hey at least you aren't cold bro and timo says whilst lifting his head up and I'm not conscious dude you know I have to pick Freya up yeah and I said well we have lunch and recovery now so stop whining and Kai said I don't know if I can eat I still feel sick and Timo said I'm having a fruit salad it's a food that requires minimal effort to eat and hopefully it will fix me and we all laughed and timo said I want the longest recovery session ever and Kai said yeah I'm actually looking forward to the ice bath and I don't care about the cold for once and I said well I could still go for another round of drills and timo said how bro how come on let's go eat and I say fine let's go eat and Timo says oh my god the captain eats what a miracle and I say shut up timo and we all head to the canteen and Jody says Kai timo are you both okay your very red and Kai says asks terror trainer over here whilst gesturing to me and Jody says ahh yeah training with mase is something that requires serious fitness levels and kai says yeah no shit and we laughed and said well at least we know where your weaknesses are and Kai said right now bro everywhere is weak and I said okay I promise next time we train together I won't be as mean and timo says I'm not sure I'll get out of a another training session with you alive and I said fine I'll tone it down and Kai said what you won't turn up and I laughed said haha you wish bro and we sit down and eat our lunch and have our drinks and then we head into the changing rooms and have a shower and change and then we head into recovery and Morgan says timo can I start with you sweet since you're shoulders and upper back and timo says yeah that's fine but good luck super skipper over there has ruined me today and timo nods at me and Kai said I'm not ruined I'm destroyed with no hope and I laughed and said okay okay I get it boys jeez and Morgan said oh dear mase worked these two a bit hard ehh and I said guess I'm so used to training the Chelsea way I forget Kai and timo are still adjusting to Chelsea training and timo said yeah we're not all possessed by unnatural footballing talent and timo said thank you for saving me Morgan and she said awah your welcome timo hopefully mase won't be as mean next time and Kai says morgs what am I down for and she says calves and lower last but not least our captain and Morgan said pelvis and hips and thighs today mase and I said okay and I got comfortable on the bench and timo said give him hell Morgan and Kai said solidarity in numbers and I said umm kai haven't you asked for my help with planning your stag do and Kai said shit yeah umm you comfy enough mase umm want a coffee or something and we all laugh and half an hour later Morgan says right mase thats your massage done for you and i say thanks Morgan see you later and I said right kai you mentioned coffee so come on let's go grab one and chill out and we all walk over to the kitchen to make our coffees and I make lynds a tea and we then head to her office and I knock on her door and she said it's open and Timo opens the door for me and she says hiya gorgeous and heya boys good training and Kai and timo both said yeah was good until your husband tried to kill us off with the drills and Lynds said aw you'll catch up with him soon and I said well were all done so is there anything you need doing or help with and lynds says no I'm all good just got three forms to do and then I'm done for the day and Kai and timo said are we allowed to see what life is like in the Chelsea castle and I laughed and said it's mainly forms on us guys so I'm sure it's nothing exciting and they both take their folders and timo says oh my god it's literally like being back at school because i feel like we're sat in the heads office and we're waiting for our parents to come in because we are in trouble again and I say oh it's all coming out now not so sweet and innocent now ehh timo and timo said nope I swear I had a reserved seat in the headmaster's office and I said ooo naughty timo and Kai said go on then worst thing you did at school and timo said threw my book out the window that wasn't opened and walked out the class laughing and saying extra air supply and I said ohh timo naughty and what about you Kai and he said I refused to take my hoodie off and mason said low level offence and Kai said yeah but I like my heat and Kai said your turn to admit a school crime mase and I said told a teacher to go back to teaching college after a fight with a student and ended up with a week's work of after school detention on my first week in the school and timo says oopsie great start and I said yeah well I got the last laugh look at me now I'm far better than he is and Lynds said that you are baby and lynds says I'm the standard lip at a teacher level I'm afraid so no scandals from me and we all sat and talked about how much we had all changed and then lynds said and i am finished so we can go home and Timo said well the recovery part was nice but the training part was really painful but cheers for a great day mase and Kai said yeah if you weren't trying to cause me to watch my bones disappear I might of had more chances to beat you but I'm glad you enjoyed training mase it's so much better seeing you happy than seeing you struggling just remember bro we're here for you whenever yeah and I hug them and say you two are the greatest yeah see you later and Kai and timo head off and lynds says right forms and documents filed and submitted and laptop shut down lets go gorgeous and I pack up her stuff and we lock her office and head to our car and she says so baby feeling better now you've trained with just Kai and timo and I say yeah definitely and lynds says good I'm glad gorgeous now how about me and you go home and tire bree out so we can have some relaxation and I say I like your thinking baby and we head for the car and make our way home and I helped lynds out of the car and inside the house and mum said hello loves good day and lynds said yeah busy but good and I said yeah think Kai and timo will sleep well tonight though and might take them longer to get used to my level of training and mum said aww bless them and glad you had a good day there is chicken salad made up for you so I don't know if you want to have a drink and change or what and I said we were going to change then head out with bree and mum said fair enough loves and we head upstairs and Lynds changed into leggings and a T-shirt of mine and her hi top trainers and I said so what should we do with bree a nice little walk feed the ducks and a little play in the park then home and then bath and showers for us and then food and films and lynds says that is perfect and we sort bree out and then head out and make our way to go some bread to feed the ducks with and then we head to the river to feed them and bree loves it and she giggles at the ducks and swans fighting for the bread and we spend a little bit of time down at the river and then we head back to the park where we see dec and Bree cheers and dec says hiya you three you alright and I say yeah just thought we'd get little miss here out and about for a bit before she goes to bed and before we chill out for the rest of the night but how's life going with you and dec says yeah not too bad bro we're training nicely we've got arsenal next Monday so we are focused on having a good old derby match what about you and I say I'm independently training at the moment but we're working towards three point lane and dec looks confused and I say sorry it's a Chelsea thing Tottenham hotspurs to you lot and I laugh and dec says right how come you get independent training and I say cause my boss is way better than yours and dec says errm nah bro jt is a legend and I say really umm okay I'll let you believe that and Lynds says boys come on don't start now and I say right a quick pen shoot out should determine who's better and I take the ball and place it on the penalty spot and I say right call it in the air and dec says tails and I say leaves me with heads then and the coin lands head up and lynds says first to five is the winner dec says nice and quick then and i say I dunno bro I've seen your pens some of them are really bad and dec says rude and I line up with the ball and dec signals he's happy with his position and I get myself ready and take the kick and into the net it goes and dec says that was just a courtesy penalty and I laughed and we swapped over and I said ready when you are and dec lines up and I jumped and caught the ball and said unlucky and we swapped again and dec nodded his signal and I took up the position and the ball flew to the net and said two nill come on bro you can do this and dec got himself ready and he kicked the ball and I stopped it again and dec took the same position I was in and I said ok I'm good bro and I kick the ball and into the net it slid and dec said I'm doing this right and yet you can still get the shot and then I heard a voice say maybe you should stay back and do pens practice then declan and dec spun around and said hiya gaff and I said ello jt and jt said alright mase nice to see you ain't faltered much and I said no still always getting in extra training as much as I possibly can and JT said take tips off your best friend declan and jt said best out of three mase and i said yeah go on then and dec said I'll be in goal so I can get a face on view and jt says fair enough who was going first and I say I was jt and jt says right we will keep it as is and then I take the spot and dec says see if your still as good in a minute bro and i kick the ball and the ball flys into the top left corner and I said that's one and jt said very nice indeed and lines up to take his and kicked it into the top bar and dec said 1-0 nicely taken though jt and I line up for my second shot and I kick it into the bottom right corner and dec said I almost got it and I laughed and then jt took his and it went off the side bar and he said ok that was a crap one and I said I'm not exactly trying jt and jt said go for it on this one mase and I said okay if you say so and I do my run and kick the ball and straight to the back of the net and jt said and that was one beautiful penalty mountpard and I laughed and said yep i still have room for improvement though a few of mine weren't as smooth as they could have been and jt said and your still as self critical as ever ehh mase and i say well we all have things we can do better and in Declan's case it's everything and dec said thanks for launching me under the bus there mate and i laughed and jt said blimey no way is that bree and i said yeah that's bree and jt says bloody hell ain't she gorgeous and Bree smiled and jt said and oh you can tell she's a mount blimey and bree giggles and waves her arms and I unclip her from her buggy and pick her up and jt said hello little one been a while since i saw you last and bree pulled over to jt and I passed her over and jt said you're growing up rather fast young lady and your going to be a great big sister aren't you and bree claps and giggles and jt says aww look at her little Chelsea kit that's so cute and I say yeah a present from uncle Frank isn't it and JT said yeah jods said you were going through it and I said i want to make him proud jt it's what he deserves and jt says you are making him proud mase you are a fine player and you deserve all of the success you are having and if it wasn't for the fact I'd be told to fuck off id put in an offer for ya to join the hammers we need ya and your talents desperately and i laughed and said yeah but hey I can always come over on days off or whenever you need to show the team what actual football players look like and jt said I'll Remember that mase either that or I'll send the slackers over to cobham and you can put 'em through their paces
And I said ooh you might not get them back alive just ask Kai and timo next time you see them and jt laughed and we chatted for a bit and then jt passed me bree and said right I'll definitely catch up with you soon Mase let me know when you finish your training sessions and we'll sort something and I say yeah okay jt good luck against arseholes and JT laughed and said yep your a mountpard alright but cheers and good luck with the three point lane lot and I say thank you and we say bye and head into the park and let Bree play for a bit and then we head home and lynds says right ill bath and get babygirl ready for and then into bed and then we're free to chill and I say okay I'll start getting snacks sorted out and with a quick kiss for both lynds and bree lynds then heads up stairs and then i start putting the m&ms in to one tub and then the haribos into the other tub and got some crips as well and then lynds came down and said right bree's in bed so it's now our time and I said right you go up and get comfy and I'll bring up our food and then I grabbed the food and drinks and followed Lynds upstairs and she disappeared into our bathroom and I heard her have a quick shower and then she came back out in some pjs and then she got into bed and I said pick what ever you want to watch baby and now I'm just gonna do the same and I headed into the shower and I had a quick shower and I also quickly washed my hair and then I got into my lounge wear and said good night to bree and I got myself into bed beside lynds and then we laid down and ate our chicken salads and when those were finished i took down the bowls and forks and then I went back upstairs and returned to my position next to lynds we picked what we were watching and quietly opened the sweet tubs and just ate sweets and enjoyed our show we picked and then lynds yawned and I said okay baby get comfortable and let's get some sleep and that's exactly what we did until we woke up the following morning
