today we were hosting Leeds and although i wasn't captain today i was feeling so much better after the session I had with lamps and I had every bit of faith in the boys we were training better and better each time and we were getting stronger on the pitch so I was looking forward to later on but first I got up and made my pre match protein pancakes and put the left over mixture into the fridge ready for lynds to have her pancakes and I made my milkshake and put that in the fridge beside the mixture and made my coffee and lynds cup of tea and bree's bottles and left them to cool down and I then took our drinks and grabbed my pancakes and I headed back upstairs and sat on our bed and got comfortable and began eating my pancakes and scrolling through my social media and had my coffee and lynds begins to stir beside me good morning my darling I say to her gently and I place a kiss on her head and she looks up at me and says morning gorgeous and I say here's your cuppa baby and your pancake mix is downstairs in the fridge and she says aww thank you mase I'll make them in a minute I'm just really enjoying this wonderful cup of tea in bed and I pull her gently into a hug and she says and add enjoying the amazing cuddle with my incredibly talented husband and i said I'm really sorry if I worried you the other day babe I just hoped I'd feel better at training and when I didn't I was anxious to tell you and lynds said mase it's okay i understand if you feel anxious but can't talk to me right away but you need to talk to frank or Kai or timo or whoever I don't mind as long as whoever you talk to makes you feel better and I know you will tell me eventually relax okay and I say i will i promise you three and I hug lynds and we finish our drinks and lynds says right now I'm going to get in the shower and get myself ready and then get Bree ready while your in the shower so see you when I'm done ok and I nod and say okay I'll take Bree downstairs and do our dishes and check through my kit bag and I kiss Lynds before she gets in the shower and I went over and picked bree up and said good morning Bree did you sleep well and she babbles in excitement and I say oh you did that's good right let's get you downstairs as I'm pretty certain there's a bottle with your name on it yeah come on then let's go and I grabbed mine and lynds mugs and I said daddy will bring his plate down in a bit and I head downstairs and I put the mugs in the sink and grab bree's bottle and give it too her and Blake is dressed in his Chelsea kit and he has a blue and white armband with a c in black on his right arm too and he says uncle masey look I'm just like you and I say aww that's soo cool but you know I'm not the captain today right bud and Blake says but your captain most of the time which counts and i laugh lightly and he says why aren't you captain today uncle mase and I say because I have to share the armband its what makes all captain's great but my best friend Kai is starting as captain and my other best friend timo is ending the game as captain and Blake says ohh those two are cool okay and I say I know that's why I picked them as my co captains because I know that the team will be in the best of hands if I'm not captain or playing like in a few months time when auntie lynds has our new baby and blake said is it scary being captain uncle mase and I say sometimes especially when it's important games and there's trophies at the end but for me sometimes i forget I have the armband on and I'm just a regular team member and Blake says nahh your not a regular team player uncle mase your the best uncle and ryan said what about your uncle Ryan am i the best uncle and Blake said no your smelly and not a cool football player and captain like uncle mase is and i pick up Blake and say uncle mase will buy you all the ice cream and sweets you want for a month for that little man hi five and Blake hi fived me and then lynds came down and Blake said darling and I begin making lynds's pancakes and when they are done I make her drink and take them into her and kiss her head and she begins eating and i head up and get into the shower and I wash my hair and then my body and then I get out of the shower and dried my body and I then brushed my teeth and got into my Chelsea joggers and a Chelsea t shirt and I also grabbed a hoodie and once I was sorted out I grabbed my toiletry bag and my post match clothes and returned downstairs and Blake said I can't wait to see you play later uncle mase and I said I can't wait to play either bud I'm really happy you and Nan and mummy and auntie Lottie and uncle Ryan are all coming to see us play thats one of my favourite things and Blake says and auntie lynds too and I said auntie lynds will be there but she works with Chelsea too she helps my boss so she'll be sat with him but you get to sit in my box and have really cool seats and the best view of the bridge and Blake says aw and I say but when the game finishes me and auntie lynds will come up afterwards okay and if you are very good I'll take you on to the pitch if uncle masey's boss says it's okay and maybe we could have a little kick about but you have to be a good boy okay if mummy says you've been naughty and not listening to what you've been told then I won't be buying you the ice cream and sweets and taking you on the pitch okay and Blake says I'll be a good boy promise and i say okay good boy and lynds say's speaking of darling we need to head off so you can get ready and I say right I'll see you all in a bit if I get the chance pre match I'll pop up and say hi and check and make sure everything is okay but if not me and lynds will be up post match and I'll see you all then and mum says okay love see you later and then me and lynds grab bree's bag and I carry bree who's all comfy in her car seat and I load her into the car and we head off towards Stamford Bridge and when we arrive I park the car and help lynds out and then get bree out and carry her on my hip and bree claps her hands and I say save your claps for daddy babygirl yeah so it makes them extra loud and extra lucky and bree just grabs my hoodie and I hold lynds hand and we make our way through and glen says hiya mase you alright and lynds and my oh my ain't little miss grown and I say yeah she is growing rather quickly and thank god she's the double of her mum little miss stunner aren't you baby and lynds smiles and says yeah and before we know it we'll be going through it all over again soon and glen says why's that then girly and lynds says me and mase are expecting another baby and glen says aw yes huge congratulations you two and we both say thanks glen and we head through and I spot timo and I say heya timo and timo says lynds mase bree and bree pulls herself towards timo and I say oh you want uncle timo do you and timo says aww she loves her uncle timo as much as uncle timo loves her he says as he sets her against his hip and he says actually uncle timo has a present for bree and baby mount two and he pulls out a little blue bear with the Chelsea logo on one foot and a number 11 on the other and he says that's uncle timos number and bree grips on too her bear and he says and baby mount two has a white version and me and Lynds both say aww my god timo they are adorable thank you and he says your welcome are you heading for pre match snacks mase or and I say gonna drop my bits off in the dressing room and then I'll be over and lynds says keep bree teems i know she'll be alright with you and timo says aww your mum's so sweet and I say how's chlo doing and as if on cue Chloe appears and says hiya mase and in response to your question I can function like a proper human and not spend 23 hours attached to a bowl to catch my stomach contents and lynds says been there done that and your morning sickness easier now then chlo and Chloe says yeah as long as I have a ice water and a ice cube as soon as I get up I'm fine if not keep all paths to a loo clear and lynds says remember that all to well and Chloe says I can't get my head around the fact that your having a another one lynds says no i must admit i don't actually feel pregnant right now as this one is a breeze compared to bree's pregnancy and Chloe says I'm staying with you and taking notes because what ever you did i want to do because I'm really not a fan of the whole morning sickness thing and lynds and Chloe laughed lightly and I said right now I know you've got chlo baby me and teems are over having our snacks so come over before kick off for bree and so I can have my pre match kiss and cuddle and lynds says ok I'll see you in a while and they headed off and me and Timo headed over to the briefing room and we walked in and Kai was there and he said alright captain and timo and aw Bree hey and bree waves at Kai and he says aww I feel lucky to get a wave from Princess bree and we chat a bit about the way we think the game will go and then lamps comes in and says right lads let's do a few run through of options that we can use and bree cuddles into timo and goes to sleep and i smile softly at timo cuddling her and say get used to that bro and timo says if i could I'd stay like this forever and i laughed and said unfortunately your captain for the second half so you'll have to give her back I'm academy first and I said she pulled over to her uncle timo and fell asleep so we left her but don't worry we'll train her up properly she's going to earn the number 8 or 19 properly and we both said agreed and we headed off towards the changing room and I said teems you alright with bree I'm checking in on the girls and timo said yeah I'm good and say I'll be a few minutes anything chlo said yeah i just hope all my nursing work has trained my bladder to cope with it and we both laughed and soon enough I heard woo we made it mummy and I went and opened the door and Blake said uncle then I have to go and get ready have you brought some things to do when we have our little break and Blake says yeah I've got some colouring pens and paper so I'm gonna draw or maybe play cars and I say thank you and we carry on and I say right baby I'm off to get ready so I'll see you at half time are you warm enough or do you want a coat and lynds says I'm okay for the time being love and I say make sure if you get cold you get a coat brought out and she says i will don't worry about me and I say it's not just you darling it's baby mount two aswell and lynds says mase the baby is absolutely fine I promise you and I place a hand on her stomach and pull her gently by the waist band of her trousers and kiss her lips and say I just want you safe at all times both of you and lynds says I know and we love you so much for it now go on you you've got a match to win and i give lynds another Kiss and I kiss Lynds stomach and say i love you so much little one and timo says much to my dismay it's time for you to go back to mummy now bree but uncle timo will see you after the match and Timo passed bree back to lynds and I kiss her cheek and say remember what daddy said bree clap nice and loudly so daddy can hear you yeah and she babbles and claps and I say ohh clever girl again like mummy and already so smart and lynds says say see you after your game daddy you going to give daddy a little wave and bree waves and lynd's says bye daddy and I wave again and head off to change into my kit and lynds heads back up to my box to leave bree with mum and then she came back down and lamps said right lads that are starting go warm up and get ready and we do as we're told and we walk on to the pitch and start our warm ups and we head back inside to line up and Kai says well this is weird being captain and your stood behind me and i say you'll be fine Kai I promise and lamps jogs up and says right boys let's go and the liquidator starts and we walk out and we get through the team announcements and Kai shakes the Leeds captains hand and the match begins and Leeds starts there defenceive attack and Tammy wins us the ball and we make our way towards our goal and Kai passes the ball to me and I power the ball towards the net and it goes right into the back of the net and I run over to the corner flag and jump into the air and punch it and the bridge goes crazy and we carry on the game and one of the Leeds players falls down and grabs his leg and I run up and say what's wrong and he says bit of cramp and I say I'll take your leg you apply the pressure and he says thanks err Chelsea 19 ahh sorry I'm a new transfer to Leeds so don't know everyone's names and I say it's okay I'm mason and the Leeds lad says I appreciate your help mason nice to know there's decent players left and I say I'm a chels captain and trained by and under the best midfielder slash human to ever exist and set foot on a football pitch and he says who's that then I say please tell me that's some Yorkshire joke or is the air really that thin up there and he says yeah I'm messing everybody in football knows your boss and I say phew was worried it was more than leg cramp for a minute and the Leeds lads say's oooh your a cheeky one aren't you and think I'm all good now cheers again mason and I helped him up and the medics said sure your alright and the Leeds lad says yeah teach me to rush my warm up again and we carry on and Kai scored and we hi fived and the whistle was blown for half time and we all began walking off the pitch and I said you did really well Kai just get us a bit tighter at the front and we'll be netting goals with ease and Kai said cheers for the tip mase and frank said exactly what mason said lovely goals by mason and Kai thank you lads but just get a little bit closer together and when you see a space or someone open pass the ball or take a chance if there's an opportunity so apply that to the second half and I said do we know if we've got added time yet lamps and he said no the Leeds lad is having some deeper massage's though but he's alright so get yourselves ready to head back out and timo you ready for the band and timo says yeah let's do this and I say lead the way captain Werner and timo says eeek see what you mean Kai it is weird being captain with mase and we all laugh and line up and we get signalled to walk out again and we do so and the second half begins and we get the ball and Leeds a player fouls two of our players and the Leeds player is shown a yellow and we get a penalty awarded to us and timo says I ain't taking it mase this one's on you bro and I take the ball and place it on the spot and line up for my shot and in the ball goes and that takes us up to 3-0 and then Leeds get the ball and when we go to challenge for the ball back a fight starts and two Leeds players are shown a yellow and Leo and zac are shown yellows for retaliating and they go to argue and I say oi zac Leo I'm not captain today but that's enough now focus on the game and they both say sorry mason and I said don't apologise to me it's lamps you've got to face yet and good luck with that now behave yourselves and they nod and I win the ball back and I think hmmm lamps did say if you see the opportunity go for it so I kicked the ball from 41 yards and the bridge went wild I'd taken it to 4-0 to us and timo said how the bloody hell did you do that and I said lamps did say if you see the opportunity to take it and timo said yeah he I'm sure he meant not bloody show off like that though and i said hey what ever score helps right and we carry on and then billy gets the ball and he scored to closely followed by Tammy again and then i scored again and then Timo followed behind me and then Leo scored and zac scored and Leeds saw red and became very aggressive and thought not quite sure what it's going to achieve but before we know it Leo and Zac and the same two Leeds players began fighting again and Leo and the Leeds player were both shown a second yellow and then the dreaded red card and i said to Leo and Zac I would do some serious thinking when you get your asses on that bench and when we get back to cobham straight to franks office do I make myself clear and Leo nods and says yes mason and takes his shirt off and tucks it in his shorts and walks off the pitch closely followed by his brother Zac who says nothing to me and timo says ooh that was such a dad voice and I said yeah was a bit wasnt it oh well come on we're not done here I've still got goals In me and sure enough three more goals from me and then the match ended 13-0 and the bridge went into party mode and lamps came flying onto the field and said mason those goals were spectacular and i said hope i did you proud and frank says mase that 41 yarder was genuinely beautiful and a work of art that's definitely over powered those little fuckers who are going to be serving a wonderful suspension with extra training and a nice little fine and wage dock should sort them out I hope and i said yeah i can't believe they behaved like that and frank said no I'm not best pleased with them and i said you got many post match interviews and frank earned yourselves a 5 match bench stint and weekend training on top and a weeks wages docked and if you behave like that again i will increase it and Leo goes to say a week wages docked what nooo and says hello love you alright and I said yeah am I alright to put a kit wash on as I'm helping Frank with the two carded players mouthy brats giving lamps lip like they did I don't think so and mum says sure sweetheart pop it all in and I'll get it done and I said thanks mum and I put my kit in the washing machine and I head over to lynds and cuddle into her and she said I think your going to need food and an early night gorgeous and I say yeah I was thinking the exact same so just gonna make some coco pops and a glass of milk and then I'm going to bed and lynds says okay babe I'm just going to check bree a sec and then I'll be right back and I say okay babe and I begin watching a few of my goals back from today and look at what I did well and where I can improve while eating my coco pops and lynds says come on you now you've eaten up into bed and I say okay and I stretch and follow lynds up the stairs and I give bree a final kiss and say night baby girl sleep tight and I stretch and get into bed and slide in behind lynds and place a kiss to her neck and my arm instantly goes across her bump and I immediately fall asleep and hear a soft night gorgeous see you in the morning
