I was being gently forced out of my sleep by the aggressive vibration of my alarm against my bedside table and I also began feeling lynds stir against me and I quietly said good morning baby sleep alright and lynds said good morning gorgeous yeah i did sleep well and I said fancy a coffee and cuddle in bed with everyone and lynds said ooh sounds like a great way to start the day babe while you're making the drinks I'll get the little ones sorted and then that's them ready and I say okay baby and I cancel my alarm and stretch and then I head downstairs to make the coffee's and mum said I know you like your coffee mase but two and I said don't worry mum one is for lynds honest and mum said ahh was going to say you'll have more spring in you than a pogo stick and I laughed and said no we're starting the morning all cozy before we head to the training centre and get our injections done and mum said oh right do you want me to drive you in and pick you up and I said ugh mum your an angel yes please and mum said okay what time do you need to be there for and I said my injection is at 9:30 but lynds is helping timo who's up first at 9:05 and hates injections and flynn who's not long left the academy he has his injection at 9:20 and he's not overly keen on them either and Alex and Danny are having theirs done with us today because they are graduating from the academy just as I get back so I'm being a supportive captain and letting them know I'm there for them both and mum said I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful son well done mase and she kisses me on my cheek softly and ruffles my hair and I say aww thanks mum only doing what you have always taught us look after those who look up to you as there's a reason why they look up to you and I make the coffees and head back upstairs and I passed lynds her coffee and said mums going to drop us into the training centre so we don't have to drive and lynds says awah bless okay love and I sit next to her and lay my head gently against her and sigh softly and lynds says what are you thinking about gorgeous and I say oh just a few things thats all nothing worrying though baby I promise and she says okay and I kiss the top of her head and we drink our coffees and then lynds says right I'm popping in the shower and getting ready and I say okay gorgeous I'll take our mugs down and wash them up and as lynds heads into the shower I head down and wash our mugs and put them away and I play with bree whilst Lottie has a cuddle with Archie and gives him some more of his bottle and then lynds comes down and says showers ready babe and I say thanks angel and I jog upstairs and set the shower going and get my outfit ready to change into and then I brush my teeth and swill some mouthwash around and then get changed and head down stairs and mum said right there is three boxes of double chocolate brownies in that bag so you can take them in for the boys okay and I say aww thanks mum that's great and mum said right bree and Archie are all clean and comfortable and ready for the day so what about their mum and dad and I said yep I'm ready and lynds said yep me too and mum said right let's get you In the car and off to the training centre and she said Ryan don't Piss your sisters off and don't burn the house down and Ryan yells back nice to know you trust me mother and I said just need to grab our drinks a sec and I grabbed mine and lynds drink from the fridge and I head out to the car and I get in and mum say's ready and I say yep and she says to the training centre and we head off and I rest my head against the window and think of ways to plans to ask lynds to renew our vows and I slowly feel my eyelids fluttering shut and a little while later lynds is gently stroking my arm and saying hey gorgeous we're here and I say mmm okay I'm awake again and lynds says want another coffee babe and I say yeah please baby and i help mum with getting bree and Archie out and into their prams and I say thanks again mum I'll text you when we're all done okay and mum says alright love and then I head into the main building and find everybody and I put Archie in lamps office since he was sleeping and headed to the medical bay and met up with everyone and I said morning boss I've got Archie asleep in your office and Frank said morning mase that's absolutely fine I'll flick the cam notifications on in a second but first i want a cuddle with my gorgeous goddaughter and I passed bree over to

I put Morgans number in to my contacts and head off and I check the bottom entrance to the pool and this Time I was successful in my search and I say hey bro as I quietly sit next to him and timo says trixie injected him and he says thanks trix appreciate it and she says welcome bills who's next and frank says flynn and I hear flynn gulp and lynds says don't worry flynn I'll be with you remember issues just call out okay and Alex says will do and I said although it's not exactly a fun way of meeting the rest of the boys you feel a bit better now you've kinda hung out with us all and Alex said yeah it's just like being back at school as you know there's going to be a prick some point during the day and I laughed and said yeah you're gonna be absolutely fine aren't ya and Alex said mase will all up to date with injections for the moment lamps Alex and danny I'm waiting for your full medical notes from your doctor so if any other injections need updating then we can get them sorted before you join the first team that alright with you both and both boys nodded and Frank said brill cheers trixie and trixie said pleasure and any time you train em I maintain em and me Danny and Alex laugh and i stand up and put my jacket on and head off to grab the boxes of brownies that mum made and I say to soften the blow of injection day my mum has made her double chocolate chip brownies and timo says bree and brownies suddenly the days done a 360 from a shit day to a great day and we all laughed and kepa said mmm these are some delicious brownies and Kai said mmm yeah definitely agree there better than the last brownies I had by accident and frank said oh dear were they the special brownies by any chance Kai and Kai said yeah in my defence my mates sister baked proper brownies at the same time and the other type was for his flight phobia but hey I slept great and Timo said you already sleep great just wished you woke up great as your a right grumpy bastard and Kai said dickhead and i said see Alex and danny everyone's so friendly and supportive of each other and Alex said are those two always like that and I said sometimes they are worse especially when we all get back from the drinks and kepa took one tray and I carried the others and we head back to the others and said right Danny there's a coffee for you and he says thank you mase and I said welcome and then I passed Alex his drink and he also said thank you and he took a sip of his coffee and said mmm great cuppa mase and I said glad you like it and I said yo Kai timo your coffees and the boys stopped play fighting and collected their drinks and I passed lamps his and he said ahh peace and quiet and I sipped my hot chocolate and Kai said right how come you get whipped cream and sauce and I said because i outrank you and I laughed Kai said but I'm vice captain so do I get perks too and I said thats up to the boss so if your brave enough then sure ask away and Kai said do you know what my coffees fine until I hear someone clear their throat and I knew by the tone it was frank who came and took the ball from me and he said mason I've wrapped the session up and I said I was literally just going to do one on each foot and then I was coming in and Frank said yeah that's bullshit your one turns into 10 which then turns into 20 and I said no I promise I was just going to do one final kick on each and lamps said right do them in front of me then and I said yes thank you and I took the ball off him and kicked it into the side net and I jogged back to get it and then kicked it into the top corner of try and behave as best as I can and frank said and im sure you will try very hard and he laughed and I text mum (mason🔵) hey mum we're all done with our injections and our light training so we are ready whenever see you soon xx and a few moments later mum replies (mum🦋) okay love be a few minutes xx and we change bree and Archie's nappies and get them cleaned and comfortable and waited for mum to arrive and I said to Lynds just gonna go grab some fresh kit for tomorrow morning and she says okay gorgeous and I made my way to the kit room and nick said heya mase you alright mate and I said yeah I'm good just grabbing some kit as I'm being borrowed by jt tomorrow to show West Ham what decent kick's look like and nick said ahh fair enough although perfect timing as
