Today was supposed to be a exciting day as it was a London derby and me versus dec so for 90 possibly longer we would be rivals but i just wasn't feeling it it didn't feel right playing without frank on the touch line and in the dugout and I half heartedly ate some protein pancakes and a smoothie but that was it once I'd eaten I headed up to the bathroom to shower and then I washed my body and styled my hair and then I changed into my pre match wear and then I packed my post match snacks and my post match clothes and then I did my vitamin drink and I then sat on the sofa with a coffee and I come on and the ref flashed the yellow card at dec and we're given a penalty and I'm chosen to take it so I place the ball on the spot and line up for the shot and in it goes and I'm embraced by the team and flynn passed to Leo who passed back to billy and he tries to get cocky and he misses his shot and I say keep your head clear and don't try shots you can't get and Leo eye rolls and scoffs and I huff and think just blow the bloody whistle ref i can't be dealing with this today and then I see West Ham have the ball so I mark their weaker players and I get the ball back and head back down the play the shot and you are still learning that's why and then the ref blew the whistle for half time and we headed into the changing room and I sit in the corner and block the noise out and fiddle with and sniff into her shoulder and she rubs my back gently and she says do you want to go get a shower and change and then head back for a pizza and ice cream night or fish chips and a beach walk and I that you were working your self up good and proper now come here and I stand up and Jody hugs me and says you get yourself home and in the shower and into your comfy clothes and I want you to enjoy yourself okay even if you sit and colour coordinate your coins or something just don't think about football or anything to do with training okay and I say okay jods and I grab my stuff and head out to the car and I'm met with lynds and she says so what's the plan and I say umm food films and family and lynds says perfect plan and we head home and when we arrive I do as instructed and say I'm heading up for a shower and to get changed and then we can decide what we are having and lynds says okay babe enjoy your shower and see you in a bit and she starts cleaning out our snack boxes and our bottles and I embrace the warmth of the shower and wash my hair and body and then I get out and dry my body and change into a tracksuit and head back downstairs leaving my hair as is and I sit down on the settee and mum says garlic chicken pasta and chocolate brownies for dessert okay and I say can't wait mum and offer her a warm smile and I start playing with Blake's blocks and mum says softly mase food love and I say oops sorry mum and I packed away Blake's blocks and I sit at the table and eat my pasta and then mum says silly question mase but do you want a brownie and what do you want with it and I say yes please and umm ice cream chocolate sauce and sprinkles and mum says would you like the kitchen sink aswell and I say what I like my dessert okay and mum said I know love I've never known someone who likes his dessert like you do and I said it could be worse and mum said your a professional athlete love and yet your addiction is sweet things and she passed me my brownie and I said hey all this sugar keeps me sweet and nothing beats a mothers baked dessert and mum says crafty but fair enough and I eat my brownie and lick my plate and lynds says ummm babe you have a little bit of sauce on your nose and she wipes my nose and I licked my lips and said just making sure I got it all can't be wasting the precious and delicious chocolatey goodness and mum said Mason honestly your sugar addiction really is awful and I say hey it's not like I don't earn it and that's why I have access to a pool and the gym and I have Blake to play with so see you have nothing to worry about mum and mum chuckles softly and I say so I'm gonna head up to bed to make sure I have plenty of rest so I can burn off my brownies and lynds said yeah it's been a full on day and me and arch are exhausted so bed sounds so good right now and we both made our way upstairs and I took off my socks joggers and shirt and then got into bed and a few seconds later after lynds finished in the bathroom she too got into bed and she settled herself in my arms and I began playing with her hair and she looked up and she said I love you so much gorgeous I'm so proud of you and I kiss lynds and say I love you so much and more baby girl and our perfect babies and I gently rub over lynds's bump and she snuggles in tighter and we both fall asleep
