I was woken up via my alarm which I very quickly cancelled and rubbed my eyes and I stretched my arms and groaned into my pillow and lynds gently pressed her lips to my neck and I roll over to face her and I said morning baby and she said morning gorgeous sleep alright and I said yeah I slept great and she said good so all rested and ready for your masterclass this morning and I said yeah I'm going to make a coffee do you want one or a cuppa tea babe and lynds says I'll have a coffee too baby and I get out of bed and put on a T-shirt and head downstairs and mum said morning love there's some egg ready to pop into pancakes and I say awah thanks mum just making coffee's and Archie's bottle then I'll make a few and mum said tell you what you make your coffees and take lynds up hers and I'll make you some pancakes okay and I said if you're sure mum thanks and she said my pleasure and I quickly made the drinks and carried lynds up hers and she said thanks baby I'll be down in a second and I set her mug down and headed back downstairs and mum said right love made you your pancakes so you eat those and I say thanks again mum and I sit and eat my pancakes and I drank my coffee and then I took my mug and plate out and quickly washed them out and I headed upstairs and into my bathroom and I had a quick shave before getting in the shower and washing my body and then I got out and brushed my teeth and then I swilled some mouthwash and then I changed into my kit and then I packed my bag with my fresh clothes for after I finished training later on and I headed back downstairs and Lynds said right I'm quickly popping upstairs and getting ready and I said okay babe I'll give bree her breakfast then and she said okay baby and she heads off and I carried bree over to her high chair and gave her some weetabix and some drink and I said oh clever girly Bree daddy's proud of you eating your breakfast yes I am and I placed a kiss to the top
Of her head and I leave her In her high chair and clean her bowl and put it away and then lynds comes back down wearing her black kit that matches mine and she said right just need to do a a bottle up for little man then he's all sorted and I said alright beautiful ohh I'd better head up and grab my phone and bag and I jog upstairs and grab my bag and then head downstairs and just as I get to the bottom I get a text ( jt2️⃣6️⃣) hello you I'm outside 🥴 and I say jt is here baby and lynds says okay just finished up Archie's bottle and here's your snack boxes and drinks baby and I say awah thanks gorgeous and I put them in my bag and lynds said bye guys have fun with Nan and your aunties and uncle be good love you and I said like mum said be good and mum and dad see you later and we head out to jts car and I open the door for lynds and then I get in behind her and say good morning jt and he said morning mase and lynds I'm still shocked that lamps has let me borrow his prized possession and I say like lamps said a one time offer so don't make a habit out of it with a laugh and jt said I really don't like that sass it's way too familiar and I laughed and jt said is this weird and I said err noo not really just feels like an away match and jt said fair enough well the only time I can say this so welcome to the West Ham training ground and jt pulled in to his bay and got out and I got out and jt helped lynds out and JT said so the changing room is just down here but you can grab a drink or something if you want to guys and I say cheers jt but we've already had breakfast and JT said fair enough and then I heard ugh I'm so bloody tired and JT said good god declan your on Time and dec said yeah very nearly wasn't though and bloody hell mase hey bro what you doing here and I said morning bro no I'm not even thinking of transferring I'm being borrowed to show you lot what free kicks should look like and dec said yeah we are shocking you got snacks or anything you need keeping cool and I said nahh should be fine but cheers anyway bro and he said okay no worries wanna follow me and get booted up and I said yeah and I gave lynds a kiss and said see you in a bit baby and dec said sorry I ain't a team nerd and we walked in to the changing room and I said yhep I'm definitely not in cobham right now and dec said posh git and he said sit wherever you want to to put your boots on bro and a few other West Ham players came in and said oh my god mason wow what are you trialling with us and I said No just doing a kick class to show you lot what they are supposed to look like and one player said was gonna say surely not and shit declan your on time and booted wow a miracle and dec flipped the middle finger and he said come on then mate let's head out and warm up and i follow dec out to the training pitch and jt said right today is going to be a bit different as you can tell we've got mason here and he's been released for just one morning so he can show us what free kicks look like because mason's are perfect and he is still working on them and jt said so mase I'll be in goal for the demonstration okay and I nod say okay and I get ready for jts signal and he said right weak side first so I said okay and my left foot made contact with the ball and into the net the ball went and the West Ham players clap and jt said see and this is the painful part now but even on masons weaker side he still produces a beautiful kick and jt said now again but on your dominant side and I said okay one kick coming up and I planned it in my head and lined up and made my little run and I tapped the ball off my right foot and into the goal and JT said pissing hell that was spectacular Mase honestly and the team clap and say yeah they were so so good and I said thank you guys and JT said right that will be the next training session analysing masons kicks okay and the team say yeah and jt said right out warm up and drills go and he blew his whistle and I said want a full power one Orr shall I go do drills too and jt said go on full power off your dominant side and I said okay and jt headed into the goal and I waited for his signal and I line the ball up and draw back and then I make my run and shot the ball towards jt who was a fair way away from the ball and he clapped and said well if Chelsea get any free kicks from us we're stuffed and I said Orr you gotta hope that I maybe out injured or suspended and JT said yeah no chance of that is there especially with you but thank you for the masterpiece demo Mase carry on and either tap a ball around or go help yourself to a coffee and I say your welcome jt and after joining in with their drills jt said right whilst you lot get into the gym I'm dropping mason off at cobham so make sure you are all doing something for when I get back and I say to dec was fun seeing you on your training turf bro and dec yeah was great having you here mase gotta catch up soon and just hang out so I'll drop a message to you guys and dec said bye to lynds and I headed to clean my boots and I wrapped them up and then I changed back in to my trainers and meet back up with jt and lynds and he said right let's get you back to your precious cobham and I said ahh home from home  and we got in jts car and set off a few miles later I said okay it feels weird coming to cobham this way and jt said yeah it is a bit odd for me too and then we're pulling into the training ground and I said you can park in my spot for a sec jt and he said aw thanks mase and he said well give my love to your little cuties hopefully see you guys soon and i say yeah they'll be at my first match back at the bridge and jt said awah don't tell me that your first match back is going to be against me and i beamed a huge smile and said yep it is indeed and jt said great just great and lynds gave jt a hug and said sorry in advance jt and jt said knew it luck actually hates me and we both laughed and then said bye to jt and he left and lynds fobs us in and I take a big breath In and say ahh the smell of success I've missed it and i kissed lynds and said right I'm gonna drop my bits off into the fridge and then head to the gym and lynds says okay baby see you later and she heads into her office and I jog into the kitchen drop my snacks and drinks off into the fridge and then go through to head to the gym and hear lamps and Kai and I say I'm baaaaacckkkk guys and lamps ahhh mase I've seen pictures and you did some phenomenal kicks they were perfect and I said oh thank you but I've never been so relieved to see cobham in all my life because jt might be a legend here but West Ham are shocking in training too and lamps said yeah it's surprising that and Kai said enjoy showing off bro and I said our under sixes are far better than them lot like honestly i couldn't ever be there full time I'd go mad bro I swear and lamps says okay boys good gym work so now that our muscles are warm let's get out onto the pitch and do control and placing and we do this and I say now that was a far better session at least we have passion and kai said yeah although now it's ice baths for us and I said it's not for too long though bro ehhh and we head to the ice baths and Kai groans as he gets in and I sit in the ice bath next to him and I said what about a distraction chat and Kai said anything will do and I said how's the wedding planning going and Kai said yeah getting there just got a few little things to do and then that's it all planned and paid for and I said oooo getting exciting now and Kai said yeah in five weeks I'm going to be a husband which is mind boggling and it genuinely only feels like the other day that I proposed and I said you probably don't remember much since we were a little bit drunk and Kai said yeah although it was more than a little bit my mum went batshit at me and gave me hell and I said mums ehh bro and Kai said yeah tell me about it and soon enough the timer went off which signalled the end of our ice bath and Kai said ahh the worst bits over now for a lovely little massage and I said yeah I think I'm back and shoulders today which I don't mind and Kai said ahh I'm calf and we make our way to the physio bay and we have our massages and then frank says right lads go get showered and changed and I'll see you tomorrow and Frank says mase I'll drop you and lynds home if you want and I say your the absolute best cheers boss and I make my way into the shower and I wash my hair and body and then I get changed into my fresh tracksuit and head to the staff kitchen and pick up my drinks and my snack boxes and i start eating my snacks as I walked back and I head to the offices and I knock on the door and franks voice calls out it's open and I walked in and frank said you really won't just walk in here will ya mase and I said nope if I ever show you that level of disrespect you have my full permission to remove all my Chelsea kit and personally drop me off at West Ham and demand that jt takes me and Frank said oooh you don't like them at all do you ehh mase and I said after the way you and your dad were treated get fucked and lamps said fair enough and I let out a little yawn and lamps said right you you have had a busy morning so let's get you home shall we and I say okay and we all head to franks car and he drives us home and he says see you two in the morning and I say see ya lamps and we wave him off and head inside and mum said hiya love good day and I said I could never train full time with West Ham they really are shocking and mum said oh dear and I said bree and Archie behaved and mum said they were perfect and I said good we're so lucky we have such good little ones and it's all thanks to their wonderful mum and lynds said and their just as wonderful dad and lynds gently reached up and kissed me and I said I love you too babe and mum said coffees you two and we both said yes please and we both went and sat on the sofa and joined in with watching paw patrol and mum came in with our coffees and we drank them and mum said I've got stir fry kept back for you guys for when you are ready and I said oh perfect thanks mum and I said want me to take arch and you have bree and lynds said sounds perfect babe and she said we'll make a start on getting them ready for bed in a sec after our coffees and I said nikk you know you love me can you please pop in and check the little ones beds are ready please and nikki said yeah no worries and she heads up and we both get them fresh vests and pjs and we change their nappies and change them into their pjs and make up their bottles and then Nikki comes down and said yeah both beds ready for them and I said ahh thanks nik and we carry them up and put them in their beds and make sure they are settled and we quickly and quietly change into our pjs and head downstairs and head into the kitchen to grab the plates of food and we sit at the table and we eat our tea and then we have some brownies and ice cream and we let that settle before we then make up our smoothies and snack boxes for the morning and then we headed upstairs and we quickly swill some mouthwash and then we get into bed and we cuddle up with each other and then we say our i love yous and we fall asleep in preparation for a another day
