Today I was being awoken by lynds saying hey baby you gotta wake up and I say can't too cozy and soo sleepy and she says I know baby but you can't be late for training can you ehh and I say no I can't okay I'm getting up now and I say am I pushing my luck if I ask my gorgeous wife to make me a milk and some ready break as I'm hungry and thirsty please and she says baby you know you can't eat or drink anything this morning but I promise you as soon as you can eat and drink I'll let you have a triple chocolate brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce and I say i know was worth trying though what on earth are you doing over here and I say I made a promise didn't I that I'd come over and see you train I was going to bring Kai over but then I collapsed and became poorly but remember once I've had my operation later and I feel better after that I can come back and it will be like nothing happened yeah and Ryder nods and I say so show me the future champions league winner that I'll be says hope it's a smooth recovery mase and I said cheers Morgan and I hop of the bench and I headed into the shower and began washing my hair and then I exfoliated my body and washed my face and shaved and then I got dressed into my fresh tracksuit and headed out to lynds and she said right sweetie have you got everything and I said yep let's go I guess and Lynds starts the car and heads off towards the hospital and she parked the car and I dart out and help her out and she says thanks baby and we head in and check in and Gemma says hiya mason or is it alright to call you mase and I say I prefer mase and Gemma say's sorry hiya mase you still have your wristbands and I say yeah and show my wrists and she says perfect and lynds says and there's the letter you need and Gemma says ahh fabulous will be up in a little while so relax while you can and I say okay and I settled down on the bed and began watching lamps career highlights and making notes on what to improve on and making homework for myself and just to enjoy my hero at work and a little while later a nurse comes in and says hi mase im Carly and I'm going to be in theatre I'm the aneaethistist in with you just confirming your not allergic to anything and I say nope I'm okay with everything and she says good right dr mcgreggor will be up in a few seconds to go through the process and then we will head down to the theatre alright so not much longer now and I say alright thank you and carry on watching Frank interviews and goal compilations and then I go to the loo and I wash my hands and then dr mcgreggor knocks on the door and says right mase let's do this shall we and I nod and say yeah I've got a pitch to get back on too and gemma reappears with a wheelchair and says hop in and I kiss lynds and say if your cold Carly comes over and says ready and I nod and she says just need a signature on the form then we can get going and I breathe deeply and painfully and sign and then she says right sedation time and she administered the sedative and after a while I hear very faint and familiar voices and I instantly know them as mum and Frank and I grumble and mum says hello baby boy and I giggle and say no more owch teeth and I'm my own tooth fairy cause I'm so high and mum says yeah it's all sorted now baby and I say suuuuuppppper fraaaaaaaankkkk and lamps says hello mase and I say bessssstedd footballer ever ive got all your shirts like every one home ones away ones third strip the special ones are in frames though but that's most of them really cause your super Frankie lampard and frank says I know you say and so what your my wife and your mum to my two boddiful babies one called bree and the one in your tummy where I put them cause I'm good like that and lynds taps me and laughs mase honestly and Frank said think someone's gonna be all childlike so would you like mase to come home with me grace and mum say's might be wise cause he's got a habit of getting all panicky when he doesn't know where you are and frank says that's fine and says mase you and lynds are going to come and stay with me for a bit okay and I say woooooo sleeepyover at supper franks woooooo and lynds says yeah sweetheart you are going to have a sleepover over at franks and I say yayyyyyyyyyyy and Gemma comes back in and says how's it going mase and I say I'm sleeping at franks house I'm soooo lucky and Gemma says wow that's cool and talking off here's some ice packs to help with the swelling so try and keep this to your jaw if you can and it will help you a bit and here's some fresh gauzes for his mouth to change through out the day and the night and I Say can I eat yet I'm hungry and Gemma said in a bit mase otherwise you'll be sick and ruin your stitches and I say yuckkky and Gemma said exactly yucky and whispered you guys are in for some fun I think and lamps said yeah I think so too but I just want my superstar player back it's awful seeing him like this and Gemma said yeah one infected wisdom tooth isn't fun but to have that larger scale of a infection and in all four is really bad luck bless him and she say's right let's get this cannula out and then we can get you out of here and you'll feel even better and I say oooooo home time and hold the ice packs against my cheek and I said oooooh cold and mum said they will be love but they should help and dr mcgreggor arrived and said how's it going with everything and I say I'm really floaty like a human coloured ghost and dr mcgreggor says that shouldn't last much longer but have you been sick or anything and i Shake my head and say noooope and dr mcgreggor says to frank keep the ice packs going as much as possible and keep on top of his anti inflammatorys and anti biotics but since there's no issues mase you're officially free to go and I say woohoo home time and Frank helps me up and off the bed and mum grabs my bag and lynds walks the other side of me and Frank says right wait there mate and I'll go get my car and get you in and safe before we head back and lynds and Frank prop me against the wall and heads to the car park to get his car and a few seconds later he comes back and says right mase take small steps yeah your feeling a bit sick but come on mate for me please take your medicine and use your ice pack please and then we will change your gauzes and get you into your pjs when your mum drops them off and have some water and pain relief and pop some fresh gauze in and then take the ice pack and then as promised you can see my Chelsea room and I do as frank says and wash my mouth out and take the pain relief and then I hold the ice pack against my face and I follow lamps and franks says welcome to my own reserve museum and Frank opens the door and I see nothing but framed shirts and pictures and I see a wall of tickets and then a few scarfs and pictures of franks various goals a few match the ones in my collection and I see a few news articles about frank then I see a cabinet of franks player of the match awards and player of the month awards and I smile and I see his medals and I look at one in particular and lamps says ohh my champs league winners medal and I say I saw you win this and I was soooo happy and proud of you and I knew I'd made the right decision and lamps said and what one was that then mase and i said you've already done it as your one of the two people who saved my life and I head into lamps en suite and set the shower going and get ready and then I re made lamps bed and I thought oh mini mase how lucky you are and then I headed downstairs and lamps said see perfectly fine as I'm greeted by my wife sat eating coco shreddies and she mumbles a hi babe and I said hi baby girl and she said I'm not sure if I wanna go back home these guys have a mega box of coco shreddies so I'm in my element and I said good I'm glad your happy baby and lamps said how's the mouth feeling mase and I said better than it has and lamps said good right now do you fancy ready brek or yoghurt since you are on soft foods for a few days so we can build you back up and i Say ooo umm may I have some yogurt please and Christine said we have raspberry or strawberry or cherry and I said umm strawberry please and Christine said coming right up and would you like a chocolate milkshake and I said ooh yes please and Christine says okay I'll bring it in for you and a few minutes later she says there you go I've given you a straw just in case you need it alright and I say thank you and I eat my yogurt and have my drink and frank says bet that feels good and I said yeah it does but god i feel weird and frank said it's going to take a while for the food and fluids to settle back in in your system and your body to recover from the infection but if your still feeling like it tomorrow then it's doctors for you trouble alright even if I have to take you so I know you've gone and I nod and I say if I promise you with my hand on my heart I won't touch a ball with my feet can I please come to training and lamps said and what would you do at training other than cause mischief and I said umm help at the academy maybe do a question time with them or give them tips on how to get better at something I dunno and lamps said if you promise you won't touch a ball today then yeah you can come but I will be checking with jods as to if you have stuck to your promise and I say
