I woke up to the sun creeping in through my window lynds was still asleep and My stomach was flipping more than a gymnast I was so excited i didn't even think id be able to eat but I went down stairs mum had made me some coco pops and a chocolate milkshake I know you might be to nervous but try to eat love thanks mum I say I'm not nervous but I'm stupidly excited and I ate my breakfast and then lynds came down good morning baby sleep well I asked her and she smiled softly as always yes mase I slept well hey your in a good mood this morning anyone would think your doing something special and about to make history and I laughed I gave her a kiss and i went upstairs and I got in the shower and began my morning routine and began getting my kit ready which was a blue T-shirt with the Chelsea badge on and navy tracksuit bottoms this would only be my temporary kit I'd get my official one later on when I got to the academy I still couldn't believe I was joining the best academy in the world and once I was finished I heard my phone ping with a text from dec wishing me luck and I headed down stairs and Nikki and Lottie came over and gave me a hug enjoy today we're proud of you nikki says Blake just claps me and Charlotte says have fun and Ryan says our future star so proud to be your bro thanks Ryan and then mum says right mase you ready and I instantly reply with a yes and we got in the car lynd's held my hand and smiled at me and 2hours later we're heading up the driveway to the academy building and I see Jody Morris stood there hiya again mason looking forward to today he asks oh like you wouldn't believe I'm never going to be able to say thank you enough for this your welcome mason now let's go and get your kit shall we your number whilst your at the academy is going to be number 8 oh wow the best number then I say and we both laughed and i went and changed into my official training kit and headed to the pitch and we just practiced our ball control and instantly i felt so much happier then Jody blows the whistle and asks us to stand in a row and we all do this and i take the chance to bend down to readjust my shin guard and my socks and when I'm stood up I'm greeted by John terry wow this really is an amazing day and John terry says your mason right i gulped but replied yep that's me how'd you learn to play like that john asked me erm I just watch the Chelsea training videos and record my self training and playing and try to improve from there well mason you've got some talent and there's someone I'd like you to meet come with me and I follow John and we walk over to the first team pitch and it's like I feel this magical feeling build within me when John tells me to close my eyes and I do as I am told I hear another set of studded footsteps and John says okay mason open your eyes and when I open my eyes the first thing I see is the instantly recognisable kit shorts with the badge on one side and the number 8 on the other I slowly look up and there in front of me is my hero Frank Lampard I immediately recovered my breathing and Frank says hello mason heard a lot about you and seen a lot of you too.you coming for my Chelsea records and I simply say I want to play like you but I will never be able to replace you Frank you have been my hero since I was little you got me through some hard times so to know you have seen me playing is something I will never recover from thank you for everything aw your welcome mate well seeing as your already over here how about a one on one me and you show me what you can do and I didn't even have to think I'd be honoured to share a pitch with you and me and Frank play and then John and Jody join in me and Frank vs John and Jody this was going to be fun and me and Frank won I was about to head back to the academy pitch when Frank said I really can't wait to coach you when your older mason your going to be a talented young player and he gave me a hug and placed his shirt in my arms see you soon mase holy shit I've got an actual Frank lampard shirt this means so much I never want this to end but I headed to the academy pitch and headed over to mum and lynds now that's a massive smile sweetheart I say I really am dreaming beacause I've just met and played football with John terry and I've just met Frank lampard and he's given me his shirt and he can't wait to coach me when I'm older and lynds was like I'm so proud of you for finally being appreciated for your talent and getting the opportunity to play with your hero and seeing your dream come true is all I want for you baby and we fell asleep on the way home and mum had to wake us up when we got home only by looking down at my hand that wasn't linked with Lynds's and I saw Lampard and 8 in white vinyl did everything start to sink in and mum said go and shower and I'll make you some food ok thanks mum and off I went to shower my newest addition hung up on the wardrobe i had a quick shower and washed my hair and put on a white t shirt and grey joggers and headed down to eat my tea we had chicken pasta and then me and lynd's headed up to bed to relax and lynd's said to me so my future Chelsea superstar how did It feel playing at cobham and with some of your idols today.oh I can't even tell you how much it meant and to learn from the best in their fields is something I don't think I will ever be able to put words too and to know I have you to share it all with makes it so much more special I don't think I'll ever be able to show you how much it means to me. Mase it's ok babe you don't need to show me anything just earn that money for the most sparkling ring you can find for my left hand please she laughed. Oh trust me no sparkly ring will match the shine in your eyes but know it's the first thing I'll be doing future mrs mount and I kissed her and she fell asleep her head tucked under my chin this is all i want lynds and playing for Chelsea I'm now proof dreams come true.
