Today I'd woken up feeling a little better again and  saw my phone screen lit up with a text message and I picked my phone up and saw the message was from Frank (super Frank 🎖) Heya mase how would you feel about doing a SMALL team training session with the boys today up to you though 😊  I replied back with (Mason🔵) Yeah that sounds great boss see you later 😃 I was now looking forward to the fact that I was doing a trial team training session with the boys again and it felt like I was starting all over again which in a way I guess I kinda of was and I gently stretched my arms out trying not to disturb lynds who was still deeply sleeping beside me and I got up out of bed and tucked lynds in and went over to check on bree who was also like her mum and softly sleeping so I left our room and headed downstairs.and mum and Lottie where chatting and Lottie said through a yawn morning mase kettles not long boiled if you want a coffee mase and I said thanks Lottie and headed to the kitchen to make my coffee and mum said morning love everything okay and I said yeah everything's fine and she kissed my cheek and said good I'm doing boiled eggs if you want some put in love and I said Oooh yes please mum can I have 3 please and a piece of bread and butter and mum said of course you can and then I hear lynds heading downstairs and she came in with bree in hand and gave me a kiss and said morning gorgeous hope you haven't been up long and I said about 10 minutes darling I was hoping you could've had a lie in or I was going to bring you breakfast in bed as a little surprise and lynds said aww your too good to me at times and I said I do try and lynd's passed me bree who gurgled excitedly at me aw good morning to you too bree someone's definitely in a good mood this morning huhh yeah and lynds said right now for my all important first cuppa of the day and she headed off and bree babbles some more and i said I think that might be bree's way of saying don't forget about me mum and lynd's lightly laughed and said don't worry bree mum will do you up some bottles aswell and lynds began making her tea and bree's bottles and I said Lottie any chance you can keep an eye on bree so I can get showered and dressed and she said of course she will and I said thanks Lottie and I headed upstairs and got in the shower and gave myself a quick wash and then got into my navy Chelsea top and matching navy Chelsea joggers and I grabbed my Chelsea hoodie and my water bottle to fill up and then I chop up some apple and grab a few grapes and put them in my snack box and then i put them in my bag and lynds said you seem excited about something love and i said shit forgot to say im doing a small light team training session later on and it feels like it's my first day again and lynds says aww that's great gorgeous I know the boys are missing you on the pitch and we can build you back up for when you are back in the team full time. Yeah it's going to be nice to train with the boys again and mum said that's why you wanted the extra egg then and I nodded and mum poured me a glass of orange juice and kissed the top of my head and lynds who had finished her cup of tea and had gone up to shower and get ready came back down wearing black leggings and a burgundy top and her hair in a ponytail and her white trainers what time are we headed to cobham then and I said I've just got to grab my phone then we can go and I head up stairs to grab it and mum and Lottie got bree into the car and then lynd's poured a small glass of juice and got out a long white box and said babe you need to take one of these today and I said ahh shit knew I'd forget about something today thanks for reminding me darling id truly be lost without you and lynds said it's okay remember it's only temporary and I took my tablet and pulled a face as it tasted funny and lynds it's the worst stuff that's the best stuff at times gorgeous and I said it tasted like bree's talcum powder bleugh and I shook my tongue out and lynds gave me a kiss still stupidly proud of you baby now come on let's get on the road and I grabbed my bag and snack bag and mum gave me a kiss on the cheek and said have fun darling see you later and then we made our way to cobham and I parked my car and helped Lynds with bree and then headed in to change and luckily no one else other than Frank was out on the pitch so far so I snuck up on him and said missed me right into his ears while grabbing his sides and Frank said fucking hell mase you've just scared the living shit out of me you little fucker but come here god it's good to see you back in a training kit and he gave me a hug how you feeling now your here and changed and I said yeah it's good feels like it's the first time I've ever stood on the pitch but I'm good and umm ive started my meds today aswell so hopefully they will do what they're supposed to soon and Frank says well hopefully they tone down your prankster behaviour cause fucking hell mase he says through a laugh right that's an extra lap for you and I say fair enough I guess and I go and do my laps and soon enough I here Kai and timo and lynd's making their way out to the pitch so i hide behind the quad bike and when Kai and timo are deep in conversation I sneak up on them aswell and yell loudly boo and timo and Kai both say fuck mase and Kai says more excitedly mase your back in your training kit and timo says ahh the team feels complete again and Frank says mason again really I swear to god I'm actually going to smack you in a minute and I run past him haha I'm baaaack and Frank says yeah I can tell you little fucker and me Kai and timo grab a ball after they do their warm up laps and then we pass the ball between the three of us and then we start shooting at the goal using our weakest foot first and timo goes first with his right foot and missed kai goes next with his left and he missed and I picked my right and tapped the ball into the top right corner and timo and Kai clap me and say ah mr show offs back in business welcome back bro and Kai fist bumps me and timo Said it's stupidly good to see you back bro and we carry on with our footwork and Kai and timo both miss their next shots and mine goes in and i sway to the back and say it's okay to be nervous in the presence of a star and Kai flips me off and laughs cocky twat and missed his shot and I said aw unlucky bro that almost went in your next one definitely has to go in and timos next one chips off the top bar and I say so unlucky and I try to do all I can to miss but my shot still goes in and then Kai's goes in and timos too and I say see knew it my scoring senses were building and then frank says right cool off for a sec and then come over to me and says it's like you never left superstar and gives me a blue box and I looked inside and it's the captain's armband and I said when it's my first game back will you put it on me please and Frank said of course I will mase of course I will but please don't let this cause you to rush back step by step alright and I nod good lad right I'm going to get the boys doing a bit more intense work now so you can either do five more minutes of extra shooting and I mean five minutes no arguments or you can cool off and just chill out while I wrap the session up and I say I'm probably going to have a game of basketball with lynds as she's put bree in her office whilst she's asleep and Frank says fair enough have fun and remember let the wife win maybe she can get some payback for me after you shortened my lifespan with your little greeting earlier and I laughed and said I'm in trouble for that aren't I and Frank says yeah you are now go have some fun and I head off to find lynds and when I do I say hey baby fancy shooting some hoops as the squad is getting to the intensive part of training and I'm not quite at that level yet and lynds says yeah sure let's do it and I grab the ball and say ladies first and lynds puts the ball through the ring and I say nicely done baby and she says learnt from the best didn't I and we do this for about 20 minutes and then our stomachs rumble and we both say snack break and we head off to grab our food and a drink and lynds says how you feeling now babe and I say yeah it's been nice to be back training and being out on the pitch with Kai and timo felt really good and I felt nice to sort of score again and it's cool to see my captains band that I'll be wearing but I've now gotta choose my vice captain and that's going to mean I've got to choose out of Kai and timo and I feel guilty as they've both been brilliant with me and lynds says either one will make a great vice captain gorgeous and I know they will both understand just talk to them babe or if you want I'll do it for you and I say you'd do that babe really and she says of course baby it's what I'm here for to do all I can to help you and if that means talking to your friends then that's okay and I kiss her and I then hear bree crying and I say you stay and relax and enjoy your food and I'll go see to bree and be right back and I head in and i can't help the smile that appears on my face at the sign on the door that said mrs lyndsey mount (Frank lampard personal assistant ) and I opened the door and i went over to bree's pram aww daddy's little princess what's up ehh and I picked her up and she went quiet aw you gone all shy on daddy now ehh come on let's get you out to mummy and see what uncle Frank uncle Kai and uncle timo are up to yeah come on then and I carried her out leaving her pram in lynd's office which she's now starting to decorate and I noticed a four photo display frame with one photo of me and lynd's sat cuddled up together so either mum or one of the girls took it for her and then next to it was me and lynds at prom and then in the final slot was a picture of me holding her hand and her showing her engagement ring and in a another picture frame there is a picture of us on our wedding day kissing in the doorway of the church and then there's a picture of me and her just after she had bree with the word my world in one place written underneath as a caption so I'd guessed she used Snapchat for that picture but it looked wonderful  and made my smile even bigger and I then grab a bottle and head out back to lynds who was talking to timo who said eeek my bestie gimme gimme and I say easy timo I've only been gone five minutes and timo said no my other bestie bree shes cute your just a pain in the ass and I say oh so all that ahh mase the team feels complete again was for show was it and we both laughed and I said right she's had a cuddle with daddy you done training now bro or what and timo says I was just about to head to the shower and I said right you go shower then I'll quickly Change her and then I'll let you guys have your designated cuddle slot as Frank and Kai have got to have their cuddle too and timo said pretty sure Kai said I could take his cuddle slot due to him wanting a longer shower or something I said nice try timo and he said shit oh well I tried and he headed off to the showers and I popped into grab a nappy just in case and popped into the staff loo to change bree who was wet and then once bree was all sorted out and I had headed back to sit with lynds Frank then came over and said hi to me and lynds and said am I still feeling alright and I said yeah it's been nice to be back and getting involved with light training again and Frank says good well when ever you feel like it just do exactly like you've done today with timo and Kai as they can always make up fitness work in the gym and I've had a another thought aswell for when you are ready to play again how about playing for the under 23s they need their own lampard and I can't think of anyone better than you to show em just what stars the academy makes and they play their matches here so it gets you feeling more comfortable with playing in a match situation and in front of a crowd and we can then build you up to playing back at the bridge yeah and I say yeah sounds good thanks boss and frank says i meant what i said mase anything I can do I will despite my captain's attempts to end my life earlier and I laughed I am honestly sorry about the second time I only meant to get timo and Kai and we all laughed and I had my grapes while Frank had his cuddle and then Kai and timo reappeared and Kai said ah it's been so nice to have you back mase and I said yeah it's been fun I'm not fully back though only going to be doing the odd light training sessions with you the rest I'll be just chilling and supporting from the sidelines and timo said fair enough mase and then timos girlfriend came over and said hi and I said hey Paula this is my wife Lyndsey and our daughter bree and Paula said omg I can see why timos obsessed with her she's gorgeous and timos eyes light up behind Paula congratulations you two it's great to finally meet the famous Lyndsey and bree mount and lynds said aww thanks timos spoken so highly of you aswell and I said timo how come Paula's picking you up and he said i had a flat tyre this morning so bless her she's dropped me off and she's picking me up as she was working in the area today and Paula says I'm a private estate agent manager and property guide and Kai said heya Paula how's you and they hug and she said all good here Kai give Sophia my love yeah and Kai said will do see ya everyone before he left and tell her roll on international duty as there's all the free cocktails with our names on that we can drink and access to the poolside bars when it's England v Germany right lynds and I said erm yeah I wasn't expecting to have plans and Paula said you married mason so welcome to the perks of being a wag girly and Paula gave me her number text me and we'll make plans and She said sounds great and I relaxed a little bit knowing that she would be with Sophia and Paula and lynds said I wasn't aware that if you get called up i could come and I said yeah you get the full works baby hotel all inclusive food and drinks and full spa use for massages and everything but you don't have to stay the entire time if you don't want to and she says aww nice and then Kai and timo leave and then lynds puts her coat on and throws her rubbish away and goes and gets bree's pram and stuff and comes back and Frank placed a now softly sleeping bree in her car seat for us and helped us load the car and then said right now you've had a bit of football time home and relax alright and I nod and Frank said make sure he does as he's told lynds and she said she would do whilst grabbing my hand and lightly stroking it and then they hug and say bye and i say I'll text you when I'm next dropping in alright and Frank says okie dokes mase see you soon mate and we get in the car and head home and I start to yawn and lynds said yeah let's get you two home and into bed ehh And I say yeah that sounds lovely and we pull up and unload bree and all her bits and lynds heads upstairs and comes down ten minutes later and says right your pjs are in the bathroom I'm getting bree ready for bed and I want you up at that table I want you to eat something while i settle her a minute and then I want you showered and in your pjs and in bed please babe and I kiss her and say thank you darling I'm just going to have some ready break and then I'll have that shower and I go and make my ready break and do like I said and have my shower and I washed my hair and briefly towel dried it and then changed into my pjs and got into bed and fell straight to sleep and a few hours later I felt lynd's gently getting into bed and then She placed a kiss on my forehead and said I'm so fucking proud of you today baby and i know bree's also extremely proud of you we love you so fucking much and i fell deeper into my sleep feeling so happy and it was all because of my phenomenal wife and family and my work family.
