Whilst I was waiting for mason to come downstairs after brushing his teeth I had asked grace to see if she would check what I had currently written for my english essay and grace was more than happy to oblige whilst grace checked my work she said she wished mason showed my level of commitment to his education but as it wasn't football she wasn't expecting a miracle anytime soon but she hoped she'd get her lovely happy mason back soon she asked me did I know what was wrong with him and i simply said no idea he hadn't mentioned anything was wrong and that he was perfectly fine but if he mentioned anything i would tell her and that I would try talking to mase but that I couldn't guarantee i would be successful but grace just placed her hand on my shoulder and thanked me and she was smiling softly at me before disappearing into the kitchen to clear away her family's mess before i knew it i heard the familiar heavy steps of mason entering the front room with a simple look at him i knew he wouldn't utter a word to his mum so i sent her a soft apologetic smile. and me and mason head out the door  Once outside im immediately engulfed by a bone breaking hug from mason. Whoah mase whats up not to that I don't appreciate the hugs as yours are the best ever I say . To which mason replied with I can sort of Cope without football and the ps5 but if mum stops me from seeing you I'd never ever talk to her again. Aww mase id miss you too I hate being away from you but you've gotta stop acting up and then your mum won't have to punish you will she no Comes a sheepish response . Right before we get too far have you got everything yeah I get in reply right come on then other wise we will be late for school and then our parents will be furious.and your already on dangerous grounds Hand in hand like always we headed to school and just the few minutes of holding masons hand I felt him relax slightly but knowing him the way I do i could tell he had something on his mind and I hoped he would trust me enough to tell me but i wouldn't pressure him as there's no way I'd risk breaking his trust and losing his friendship I loved him too much to do anything that went against that oh how I wish I could tell him that but people would say that it's a childhood thing and you'll grow up and grow out of each other and you'll find someone else to love but I know I don't want that I want him always.whilst we we walk the soon to be familiar route to school i asked hey masey is everything okay somethings up my bestie senses are tingling in a bid to try and pry whatever was clearly bothering mase along side Chelsea fc and Frank lampard masons other ultimate love was marvel films and in particular the Spider-Man films so i came up with the most hopeful chance I could think of to getting an answer from mason .

Masons pov
Just tell me something lynds I'm not ever going to lose you am i because you are my best friend you make me a better person and you put up with so much of my shit and constant talking about football and I wouldn't blame you if you got pissed off and wanted to hangout with other people instead it would tear me apart to see someone else with you and if they dared hurt you it would be the last thing they ever did. Whoah mase nothings ever going to change what me and you have okay so get those thoughts out of your mind right now okay that's an order she says throwing her arms around me and I let out a breath I didn't realise I'd been holding and inhaling her favourite berry scented shampoo and unbeknownst to her my favourite sent aswell after what seams like 5 minutes lynds says right feel better now . Yeah I do lynds this is what I mean I don't think anyone else would put up with me like that and no one would ever complete me the way you do well as nice as this has been we had better get to school before my prison sentence is extended .Lynds laughed lightly and we linked arms all the way to school once we arrived at school we had to go to tutorial and thank god our seats were side by side once we got seated me and lynds started the task of finishing our homework helping each other as and when needed and by some miracle I got it done so that's one thing to shorten my sentence and lynds finished hers and we just chatted between the two of us planning our next movie night which is a necessity and then the bell rings signalling 5 mins to get to our first lesson of the day which is science and so me and lynds made our way to the science department and found our classroom and took our seats which again you were thankful for being sat next to lynds i sort of enjoyed science and lynds was brilliant at it answering the questions Time and time again and i even managed to answer a few questions so that made me happy and then it was the end of the lesson so me and lynds packed your things up and began to make your way to our next lesson which was It which was a good subject for you as you spent a lot of time on computers and the internet so you were fairly confident in that subject your teacher let everyone pick where they sat as they were also new to the school and knew if they wanted to be liked let the students pick their seats but be firm when needed you and lynds picked the two corner pcs and got on with your tasks each helping one another as and when needed and again you both managed to get through it and then the bell rang letting you know that it was the much needed break time you needed some ball time especially with your three worst subjects coming up and the worst was yet to come .
