way down along her body and I sink to my knees and set about fulfilling my promise to her and I then gradually started making my way back up to her lips and she said through a smile okay yes that was an amazing start to the day but now we have to rapidly get ready for work and I say okay I promise you I'll behave from this moment forward and I pick up lynd's shampoo and wash her hair and then massage it in and then rinse it out and apply her conditioner and work that through her hair and lynds said your so good at this baby and I say getting practice for bree and plus you know it calms me down and she said yeah I know gorgeous and then when I was happy all the conditioner was out I washed her body all over and then I quickly washed my hair and body and then we both got out and lynds applied some moisturiser and then got dressed and then I quickly followed by getting into my tracksuit and we both headed downstairs and I grabbed my snack box and drinks and put them in my bag and then I put lynds's snack box and drinks in her bag and just as I had finished packing I was joined by lynds and I said bags all ready babe and she said thanks gorgeous right misses mummy's off to work now so be good and I will see you later and she placed a kiss on her cheek and began putting her coat on and I said be a good girl for Nan and auntie nikki but it's okay to misbehave for uncle Ryan air left after the rant mase cause that was certainly a mounts mouthful and I laughed and headed out to start warming up and I say so you know flynn these are spot sprints and I stretch my hips and legs and then set up the spot sprints and when I make sure my boots are tight enough and when I'm happy with them I start sprinting from the first dot to another and back again and I heard flynn say oww that does look painful and Kai said now you know why billy said no one wants to hear the words spot sprinting many a lung has been lost because of spot sprints but then again some of us are some sort of midfield mutant apparently and have no off switch from being a cocky prick Kai added and I line the spots up for marking and then we all start our jogging Laps and warm up routine and then lamps and Chris appear and we all pair up and start drills and then we do our shooting and I kick the ball straight into the net from the centre line and Chris stood and said holy shit that's a beautiful shot Mase Jesus Christ lamps are you sure he's even human because that shouldn't of happened and I jog past and say see happy mase happy boss and Chris said I see why you're captain and we all do a few more kicks and frank blows the whistle once and says stretch out and cool off mase and get into physio and I'll see you in a bit for gym and I say see you in a few lamps one of us will let you know when we are on the way back and lamps says okay have fun and I heard lamps say oi boys just because mason is heading off doesn't give you permission to slacken off come on keep up the momentum and I giggle lightly and head into the physio bay and say heya Morgan and she says shit Mase didn't hear you arrive and I say sorry and she says back and hips and legs for you today mase and I say yep and she says right trouble up on the bench you get and we'll pardon the pun but crack on and I said I hope nothing cracks on me now we're about to go for a scan on Archie and Morgan says aww drink and I say okay and Morgan heads off to grab her drink and she comes back and starts her work and she finishes 35 minutes later and say's right all done so your free to go enjoy the scan and I say thanks Morgan see you tomorrow and I then make my way back to the changing room and grab my stuff and then I head to Lynds's office and put my head through the door and say I'm all done beautiful and she says okay let's go say bye and head off and we head to the main field and lynds say's right lamps we are going to our scan see you in a bit and Frank says see you two later and then I say keys baby I'm driving and lynds says okay and I help her with her seatbelt and then I get in the car and head to the clinic and I get a parking spot and then we head in and sign in At reception and I rest my head on Lynds's shoulder and she says you alright gorgeous and I say I promise I'm fine just want to cuddle you and lynds says aww and then Linda called us in and we head into her room and she says hiya guys you doing okay and lynds says yeah I'm fine and I said yeah I'm great and Linda says good now let's have a quick check of things and then we will go ahead with the scan and Linda does a few checks and says everything going well no problems and lynds says nope he's definitely a lot calmer than bree was when I was pregnant for her but he's definitely winning in the powerful kick contest and Linda says aww
and Linda said well let's see what he's up to and she tucks the piece of paper into Lynds's waistband and I sit closer and interlinked mine and lynds's fingers and then Linda said well here's Archie looking absolutely perfect despite being asleep and she spins the screen to show us our son and lynds said yeah he's probably tired himself out he had a big shuffle around earlier so he's taking the time to catch up on his sleep and Linda says fair enough it's a hard job growing so well and she adds he clearly has no plans to join you guys anytime soon but 2nd babies are usually late so he will arrive when he is ready and she say's right any issues you know where to find me and I'll go to pick up the photos of the scan and I'll see you soon for your next scan and she heads off and I help lynd's with her jacket and then Linda comes and hands us our photos and we head out the clinic and I send frank a text (mason🔵) hey lamps we are all done with the scan so we will see you in a few 😌 (super frank🎖️) okay mase see you in a few 😊 and we make our way back to cobham and I pull in to my spot and then we get out then lynds makes her way to her office and I say hey lamps and he says heya mase you've got strength building circuits mate and I say okay I'll go change and see you in there and I head in and change into my gym wear and head in to Chris and he says hiya mase how are things going and I said yeah all good Archie is doing amazing and is healthy so me and Lynds are happy and Chris said aww good glad your little man's alright so you know you've got strength building circuits yeah and I said yeah lamps let me know and I started doing my stretches and then began my exercises and Chris said this bit I'm used to but the whole coaching the first team thing my god that's terrifying and I say hey you did really well it was a massive match and i should've played better than I did and chris said mase you were amazing and I hope you don't think that what ever my doubts are are because of you and I say no but I still should've played better than I did and not let my feelings interfere with my game and Chris said I don't think I will ever get the chance to see someone who has the same passion and dedication that you do for quite some time and l say your a great coach though chris and I promise you I did enjoy training under you and Chris said mase it's ok I know coach and he hugs me and I say heya Ryder as i ruffled his hair and no lynds still has a lot of work to do before we can go home and since I've finished my training for the day i came over to say hi and Ryder said I'm Super glad to see you and look I'm getting better with my passing but I'm still trying Mase honestly and I say good lad and I say right I'll see you in a bit I'm gonna help a few others and I say hiya Alex how are the free kicks looking and Alex says woah you remember and I say yeah I do and now I can touch a ball without getting into trouble so now we can really work on them progress and everybody started heading to the changing room and I packed up the equipment and just as we finished packing my phone chimes with a text ( mrs mount 👸) heya baby I'm all finished now hope that and I said I will never complain but let's have our second round in our actual bed and lynds said i like your thinking gorgeous and I head for home and we head straight upstairs to our room and I shut our door and we put our phones on charge and we get our pjs ready for when we want them and I said ready for the second round and Lynds nodded with her soft beautiful smile and I lay her gently on our bed and remove her top and bottom and she did the same thing with me and I hold her hands above her head and she said masey please don't be mean and I said I'm not gonna be mean baby I'm gonna do all the work and I begin rocking my hips and she instantly matched me and we increased the speed and she said fuck me this is definitely what I need and I smile and lynds also smiles and I say that comfortable and kiss again and exchange our I love yous we cuddle ourselves to sleep
