Brooke's POV
As I ran outside, I saw Ross walking in the parking lot heading towards the tour bus. "Ross!" I shouted as I ran towards him. He completely ignored me and kept walking. "Ross! Please! Wait!" I shouted again. Then I tripped on my dress and fell on the ground. "Ow!" I said in pain but Ross just kept walking. "Ross...please stop" I said, holding back tears. He kept walking then once he reached the tour bus he looked back at me then entered the bus. That's when I burst into tears. Then I felt a raindrop on my shoulder. I looked up at the sky and it started pouring rain. "Even the sky is crying..." I whispered, as tears streamed down my cheeks. I decided to just lay there on the ground in the rain forever...what's the point of getting up if the love of my life is super mad at me? "Brooke!" I heard someone shout my name. I looked back and saw Peyton running towards me. "What do you want?" I asked, sniffling. "I'm here to see if you're alright? Come on let's go back inside" He said, holding his hand out for me. "No, I'm staying out here" I said, crossing my arms. "Come on, you'll get a cold out in the rain"
"So? Who cares."
"Brooke, let's go inside now" Peyton said sternly. "Fine I'll go inside, just not with you" I said, getting up. "Why? What Did I do?" He asked, with a confused look on his face. "Oh don't act like you don't know!"
"What? You're blaming me for what happened between you and Ross?"
"Yes! No...I don't know! Kinda" I hesitated. "Why? You kissed me"
"No! You kissed me"
"Well you did nothing to stop me!"
"Well I didn't think Ross would just show up!" I shouted. "Well me neither! So quit blaming me cause it's not my fault..." Peyton said. Then we stood there in the rain, not saying anything. "I'm going back inside..." Peyton said, breaking the silence. Then he turned around and walked back to the building. I stood there and watched him go. Once he was gone inside the building, I burst into tears again. How could I have let this happen?? I never should have came to this party...
