Resurrection

Tondc is in chaos. People dying. The ones that are alive, helping to keeps others alive. Trying to find their loved ones.

"Lincoln, be careful. It's not stable," Octavia says as they try to find people alive. Octavia's mind keeps drifting to August who was in the village when the missile hit.
"They're down there," Lincoln replies as he tries to move rocks out of the way. "August could be down there." Lincoln was worried about the sky girl outcast that had become like a sister to him.
"Do you hear someone?" Abby asks them as she helps a grounder. Abby is worried about Marcus Kane and his daughter. Octavia runs over to Abby as she looks around for August.

"Abby, I'm sure Clarke is okay. We'll find her," Octavia says.

(AUGUST POV)

I wake up and my whole body hurts. I could tell that my ribs were badly bruised if not fractured from slamming into something when I was thrown with the explosion. I sit up and look around to see Tondc in chaos as the noninjured tried to save the injured. I quickly think about my father, Octavia, Lincoln, and Indra. I look around and quickly find Indra under some rocks.
"Indra!" I call out as move as fast as I can over to her while grasping my ribs.

"August!" I hear Octavia's voice and hear footsteps running over to me.
"She's alive," I say as I look down at Indra having reached her.
"Oh, Indra," Lincoln says as he throws some rocks off of her before pulling her out.

"Sen ai daun, Ripa," Indra yells for Lincoln to put her down as he pulls her. Lincoln lets her go and she stands. Octavia helps me stand back up. All of a sudden Indra is shot through the shoulder.
"Sniper!" I yell out.

"Octavia, August, go," Lincoln yells as he grabs Indra. Octavia and I run behind some rocks as Lincoln pulls Indra to cover. As we hide all I can think about is that Clarke had to of known about this. She wouldn't have got here so fast if that wasn't the case. She let all these people die. I see Nyko make a run for Lincoln and Indra.
"Nyko! Get down!" I yell at him as bullets fly past his head.

"Lincoln, you must stop the bleeding," Nyko calls out to Lincoln.
"Indra, let me help you," Lincoln says as he tries to help her but she doesn't let him.
"No," Indra says.
"What do we do?" A grounder girl, who is also a second, asks. "We're trapped."
"I say we use the Sky Girls to draw fire," Atohl says.
"You got a problem?" Octavia asks him.

"Yes. You are the bringers of death," Atohl answers. I look over and see Abby moving rocks around.
"Someone's alive down there," Abby calls out as she looks into the ground. I couldn't help but wonder where my father was. Or if he was even still alive. Especially since the last time I saw him he was going inside and there's nothing left of that building but rocks.
"I've got to get down there," Abby calls out to us. A grounder starts running in Abby's direction.
"Now," Lincoln says as he puts Indra on his shoulders and runs towards us. "Go, go. Come on." Lincoln, Indra, Octavia, the other two seconds, and I were able to make it over to Nyko. Nyko starts taking care of Indra. "I'm going for the shooter. I'll sound the horn when it's done."
"All right, my friend," Nyko says.
"I'm going with you," Octavia tells Lincoln.
"No. Nyko needs you here," Lincoln tells her.
"Are you sure you're up to this?" Octavia asks him.

"Ge smak daun, gyon op nodotaim," Lincoln says. Get smacked down, get back up. Octavia nods before Lincoln rests his forehead on hers. Lincoln then leaves to take care of the sniper.

"What can I do?" Octavia asks Nyko.

"Pressure here," Nyko answers her as he points at the wound.
"This is my village. You're the chief's second," Indra says as she looks at Octavia before she looks to me. "You're the commander's second. You will lead until her soul is found and chooses differently. Save our people." She looks at both of us. I see her start to seize. I know the 12 clans won't follow me but I'll do what I can.
"We're pinned down, and the other seconds won't follow me," Octavia whispers to Indra.
"So make them," Indra says as she starts shaking before her eyes close.
"Indra?" Octavia says.
