"Uh, guys..." Clarke says as adults climb up the stairs.
"Remember, we're in their home," Bellamy says as he looks around at everyone. "Everyone keep calm."
"Weapons down," August orders before Raven sets her gun down.
"Abby, stay with Murphy," Bellamy says as he looks back at Abby before everyone raises their hands in surrender.
"Rose, get away from them!" An adult woman yells towards the kids before the girl that spoke to them starts backing away. "Protect the host."
"Guard, to the front," A man orders before several men run forward from the group of adults.
"Hey, it's okay," Clarke tries to explain to them calmly. "We're from Earth. We come in peace." The kids begin to run to their parents while the guard stands between them.
"Kaylee, where have you been?" The woman from before asks the woman that came with Abby's group. "Where's your family?"
"They killed them," Kaylee answers the woman, causing Bellamy and August to look at Raven, who looks down.
"That's not good," Jordan says stating the obvious before Murphy starts gasping.
"No, not now, not now," Abby says as Murphy begins to seize before Abby starts rolling him on his side.
"Help us, please. Our friend is dying," August begs the people as she and Clarke rush over to Abby and Murphy. "He's not breathing." Abby begins chest compressions.
"Let me pass," A man orders before the crowd splits, so that the man can walk through. "Move them back."
"What are you doing? He'll die," Abby asks as the guard moves towards her, August, and Clarke.
"Do you want my help or not?" The man asks her back before August has Clarke and Abby move back. The man lifts Murphy's shirt to reveal several black veins. "He's already dead." The man stands up to look at Clarke, August, and Abby. "Fortunately for him, death it not the end." The man turns to another man, who is holding a bag. "Cillian. He was exposed to the seaweed during the red sun. Do it." The man with the bag walks over to Murphy before pulling a can out of the bag, then pulling a snake out of the can. "We call it Kepa-She, means hideous snake in Chinese."
"Oh, my god," Clarke says as Cillian places the snake near Murphy before the snake opens it's mouth to reveal numerous teeth and a spikey tongue.
"Trust me, I know, but the venom degrades too quickly to deliver it in any other form," Cillian explains as the snake sticks it's tongue into Murphy's skin.
"It's working," August says as she walks over to them, with curiosity.
"Amazing, isn't it?" The man asks as the black veins begin to disappear, causing August to look up at him with a nod. "It's curative properties were discovered during on of the earliest red suns. Poison made the demon Gabriel believe he could walk on water. The Kepa-She bit him and the toxin from the seaweed had no effect." Murphy lets out a loud gasp before lightly coughing.
"He's breathing," Clarke says in amazement as she walks over to August and Murphy before she rests her hand on the side of his face, while the rest of the group lets out sighs of relief.
"Well done, Cillian," The man says with a nod. "Now lock them up."
"Wait! Where are you taking us?" August ask as the guard begins to grab them and escort them away. "We didn't do anything wrong. Get off me."
"Why is he not waking up?" Bellamy asks as he sits beside Murphy, while Emori sits by Murphy's head.
"He will," Abby answers him as she wraps Murphy's wounds.
"I can't believe I did this to him," Emori says as she looks down at Murphy.
"Emori, you didn't," Bellamy says as he shakes his head before glancing at August, who lightly touches her neck as she looks down. "I did."
"Who cares?" Octavia asks gaining their attention as Clarke paces behind them. "We need to get out of this place."
"What are you even doing here?" Bellamy asks as he stands up to look at her, causing August to quickly step back without even thinking about it which causes Bellamy to look at her with a pained expression because he never wanted August to be scared of him.
"I came to save your ass," Octavia answers him as she leans against the bar while August walks over to her.
"Bellamy, no," Echo says quickly before standing between him and Octavia. "Not now. If we're gonna fight our way out, we need her."
"Echo, we're not fighting them," Clarke says as she walks over to them. "We need them to teach us how to survive down here." A guard enters the room followed by a woman and a man.
