The First On The Ground

Pilot

(3rd Person POV)

On the Ark prisoners in skybox are being taken from their cells after having a bracelet put on their wrist. The prisoners are then escorted to the dropship. Clarke Griffin fights her way out of her cell just to run into her mom. Abby Griffin then explains to Clarke what is happening. The guards then tranquilize Clarke and load her onto the dropship. Bellamy Blake has just shot Chancellor Jaha and has made a run for the dropship where Octavia Blake is. Bellamy did as Shumway ordered, thinking that he killed Jaha. Bellamy makes it onto the ship right before the door closes. The dropship then launches into space heading for Earth.

On the dropship, Finn Collins gets out of his seat and floats through the air due to zero gravity. Everyone cheers for him including Octavia. Finn ends up by Clarke and Wells Jaha. They argue about him getting back in his seat. In the background, the information video Jaha recorded can be heard. Two other boys then get out of their seats and start floating. The dropship then enters the Earth's atmosphere sending Finn and the boys to the floor of the dropship. The dropship then lands. The 100 start getting out of their seats and heading to the door of the dropship, where Bellamy already is. Clarke and Finn check on the two boys only to find them dead. Clarke then heads downstairs and stops Bellamy from opening the door.

(Octavia POV)

I make my way down the stairs after the dropship landed. From where I am on the stairs I see a guy by the door that looks like Bellamy.

"Bellamy?" I call out as I make my way through the crowd. I see a look of shock on Bellamy's face when I come into view.

"My God, look how big you are," Bellamy says pulling me into a hug. As I pull away I notice that he is wearing a guard's uniform.

"What the hell are you wearing, a guard's uniform?" I ask him.

"I borrowed it to get on the dropship. Someone has got to keep an eye on you." Bellamy explains.

"Where's your wristband?" None other than Clarke Griffin asks.

"Do you mind? I haven't seen my brother in a year." I say to her.

"No one has a brother." "That's Octavia Blake, the girl they found hidden in the floor." "Heard she got August Kane floated," People in the crowd said. The last one really pissed me off. I go to hit the person that said it but Bellamy grabs my arm and pulls me back.

"Octavia, Octavia, no. Let's give them something else to remember you by." Bellamy says getting my attention.

"Yeah? Like what?" I ask Bellamy.

"Like being the first person on the ground in 100 years," Bellamy says heading towards the door handle. He then opens the door and wind rushes in around us. I walk to the edge of the dropship before taking a deep breath looking around. Thinking about what it would be like if August was here. I then step off the dropship.

"We're back, bitches!" I yell and then everyone runs out of the dropship to look around.

(August POV)

I wake up to a loud noise. I run out of my cave to see a drop ship falling from the atmosphere. I guess they decided to send down the 100 after all or they had to send them down. I see the ship land not far from where I am. I go inside the cave to get my weapons and go check it out. When I get to the dropship I see that the door is still closed. I climb a tree near the dropship to have a good viewpoint without being seen for when they come out. I see the door open and watch as Octavia makes her way down to the edge. I am thankful that she is alive and has made it. She then steps onto the ground.

"We're back, bitches!" Octavia yells making me smile. She has grown up so much. The rest of the 100 runs out of the ship and start looking around. I take notice that Bellamy is also here. The only thing that is weird about is that he is in a guard's uniform. I then see Clarke exit the ship with a map in her hands. She was always one to take charge. Wells Jaha and Clarke are discussing something about the map when I see Jasper Jordan walk over to them. I decide to listen to their conversation cause knowing Jasper it's going to be funny.
