I stare at the stove for a good minute turning towards Elius.

"So... umm I d... don't know to cook... but I know how to bake that counts for something right?" I lift my eyebrows.

I didn't know why I didn't learn how to cook. I guess it was because I always had a sweet tooth, so I learned how to bake.

"Hm." He leads me to the stool. It's not that I can't walk or anything it's just my legs feel like jelly. "I know how to make breakfast...banana muffins for lunch?" I smile.

That'll be good with a cup of milk or coffee, he'll fall in love.

"I got it, sweetheart." He kisses my forehead washes his hands and head toward the fridge. He starts taking out ingredients.

"What are you m... making?" I lean on the Island countertop. He finishes taking out everything and looks toward me. "It's a surprise." I like surprises.

He starts walking toward me and placing himself between my legs.

Oh yay... bad no Philo focus.

He pushes my curls behind my ear. "Your legs feeling better?" He gently rubs my thighs. Heat filled my cheeks I quickly look down avoiding eye contact until he lifts my chin. "Stop being an embarrassed baby. Be a good girl and pick out a movie for us hm" he says while turning towards the stove.

"Okay." I get off the stool almost falling over but I grab the countertop.

He turns towards me.

"I... I'm okay" I said while giving thumbs up.

"Do I need to get you a wheelchair?" He tilts his head.

"Wheelchair... why would I need that." I pout.

He smiles "You'll find out." He turns to wash the meat with water.

His smile caught me off guard like in the bathroom. I didn't know he had dimples.

I shrugged it off and walk to the living room.
