but why was the departure? and why she ended up in the orphanage?
but the most important question
why she didn't feel the pain of his loss back then? And why he was the only one in agony?
Anika looked at her friendship bracelet with wide teary eyes and touched it with her fingers, feeling a faint shiver in her arms and that pain in her throat whenever she tries to hold her tears back
But
She can't let them flow on her cheek not till she remembers for whom this tears for, and definitely not in this house!!
She knows what she came here for, and that is to bring back the lost smile, not for them to wipe her tears they don't deserve a burden on their shoulders they have enough pain
She sighed and leaned her head on the edge of the couch and rested her legs on the floor as she was still sitting beside Shivaay on the floor of the wooden house while he deeply slept
She raised her eyes and looked at Shivaay who seemed very peaceful more than any time she saw him, and took a deep breath then whispered
Anika: why you want me to remember? Why you didn't just find my family? What is your wisdom in this? (Then she took another deep breath and said) I don't mean that I don't trust you I trust you but I am scared to lose what I have now, for what I had and I am not sure if I can give up on what I had for what I have now what should I do? And why I can't just ask you all of this?
(then she closed her eyes, stood slowly and moved her neck from side to side in order to decrease her muscle stiffness that caused by sitting for hours on the floor beside his couch, then she shook her arms which shook her many bangles, and that when she noticed a smile drawn on Shivaay's lips with the sound of her bangles!!!
Her eyes widened and her body froze, not knowing if he actually smiled hearing her bangles or it's just a coincidence but her heart was bounding in happiness that she never felt before
She smiled widely and shook her bangles once more and again his lips smiled, she smiled widely and put her hand on her lips and whispered to herself
Anika: I am in his dreams I am in his good dreams (then she put her hand on her chest and whispered) oh god, how can you do this to me even before you even open your eyes?
then she chuckled a silent chuckle, feeling like her chest filled with thousand butterflies, without even a word of his or a touch just by his smile she feels her knees is weak and her cheeks blushed and all her sadness, just vanished from her heart she looked at him once more, and the smile was still on his lips and she could not do but to run as fast as she could away from him and to the room, holding her shy chuckle she knows he doesn't love her, not even a little bit but at the end of the day, she is just an eighteen year old girl who want to feel loved by the man her heart chose even if (the love) is just a simple smile while he is sleeping for her dream self she will take it and would be happy with it
she entered the room not noticing, Jhanvi who was just sitting on the bed looking at her as she was in her dreamy moment, then she looked at the shirt she tailored for Shivaay and hanged on the wardrobe handle and she leaned her head on its chest and whispered
Anika: I love you
Jhanvi smiled widely and said in high tone: ME?
Anika flinched from surprise and looked at the bed with wide eyes as Jhanvi smile vanished and looked down in shyness but Anika after a second smiled widely and said teasingly
