It felt as the hardest words she ever said to him although it shouldn't be, her heart thumped with fear in her chest and her hands held on his arms for support, against his eyes that was terrified but now the fear wasn't there, they were confused, questioning, shocked, the phone was on his ear but she knew he wasn't hearing to it, his whole attention was with her, with the three words she said, tears flow on her cheek and she put her hand on her belly and Shivaay eyes widened as tears stopped flowing on his cheek and his lips parted slightly looking at her hand
Anika: that is the result of doctor Sameer's diagnosis and the blood test result as well (then she tilted her head a side with teary eyes and a faint smile) we are going to have a baby, Shivaay
His eyes relaxed, he swallowed looking at her hand on her belly and a faint smile appeared on his lips
And tears flow on his cheek from his smiling blue eyes
Anika smiled widely seeing his smile and his hand that was reaching to her belly
But then his hand stopped in the air!
Anika eyes widened and looked back at his smiling eyes that returned back wide shocked and the smile on his lips lessened more and more till it vanished and turned to a frown of pain that it been long time since she last saw on his forehead
Anika in low tone: Shivaay?
Shivaay: yes doctor Sameer, are you still there?
Anika looked at Shivaay shocked as his hand that didn't reach to her belly, clenched on its self and he pressed the phone on his ear and looked away, tears streaming on his cheek
Sameer: yes son I am with you
Shivaay: I think you misunderstood me; I just wanted to ask if it is normal that she from the first month of pregnancy will have such strong symptoms, she is very tired like I said, she vomits a lot nothing stays in her stomach and dizzy, she was about to faint
Sameer: yes, Shivaay it can happen, the hormones are high in her blood, nothing to worry about, but the herbal tea I gave her and the medications should lessen the nausea and dizziness, ask her if she takes them regularly.
Shivaay looked at Anika with faint frown and she looked at him with wide eyes, he kept looking at her for a moment then he looked back away
Shivaay: so if she did take them regularly that will make it easier for her?
Sameer: yes, she also should eat healthy and sleep well, congratulation Shivaay
Shivaay closed his eyes then he nodded
Shivaay: thank you doctor Sameer
Sameer: Shivaay, I am very sorry; call me anytime if you need anything
Shivaay: thank you
And he ended the call and put the phone back in his pocket then he held her hand and walked with her back towards the gate
Anika: no, no, it can't end like that
And she took her hand from his hand and he stopped and closed his eyes then he sat on the pavement and Anika sat slowly beside him, he wiped his tears angrily with his hand and frowned looking forward as Anika held on his arm
Anika: Shivaay, look at me
Shivaay looked at her with a frown as his eyes crowded with tears
Anika: scream at me, blame me but don't stay silent, I can't handle that (then she said in low tone) I am sorry
