The next morning
Pratap looked towards the office room's door then
Pratap: come in
Arjun opened the door and looked at Pratap for a moment then he entered
Arjun: Prince Pratap you asked for me?
Pratap: sit down Arjun
Arjun sat and Pratap took a moment looking towards him then he pushed a chocolate box towards him
Pratap: are you still the same towards Sugar?
Arjun looked at him stunned and Pratap smiled, Arjun took two pieces of chocolate then he smiled as he uncovering one.
Arjun: thank you
(Then he was about to put it in his mouth but stopped and looked at the box for a moment then raised it and Pratap smile vanished)
Pratap: don't worry, it has no berries in it I know you are highly allergic; I didn't bring you here to poison you, Arjun
Arjun cleared his throat and put the chocolate in his mouth and Pratap smiled when he heard the chewing of the chocolate, Arjun slowed down seeing his smile so Pratap chuckled
Pratap: again I am not poisoning you Arjun, if you looked closer to the chocolate packing, it is the same kind I used to bring to you from London when you were a boy, it is been decades since I brought it for you so I thought to bring it and see if you remember, apparently you don't!
Arjun looked at the box for a moment then he cleared his throat and looked down
Arjun: No uncle, I remember and I didn't think you will poison me, you misunderstood me
Pratap: of course, Arjun do you remember the help you asked me two weeks ago, when Hiran sent Rahul's Guard to attack Surbhi, and their Guard Gulab warned us?
Arjun uncovered another chocolate...
Arjun: yes uncle
Pratap: and you must was informed with what happened to Guard Gulab in my palace, last night everyone knew and was in the third floor (then he chuckled faintly ) I should have guessed that Surbhi won't respect my rule for long.
Arjun: yes, I was asked by Prince Hrithik to move him to a noble guest's room in the first floor and I did so, if you don't mind
Pratap: I don't, you did right I was going to do the same soon anyway (then his smile turned to a frown) the Guard was punished for his loyalty to me in my palace, Arjun. I can't accept that.
Arjun: yes, it was really disturbing that this happened in our palace but you found him and took him to the third floor to heal (then he smiled) I have to say I was surprised knowing what you have done with him? It is very generous and never was done before with a servant.
Pratap in low tone: that what I called you to speak about, you were right, he is loyal to Princess Surbhi and us, and I became more sure of this when Hiran indirectly refused to give him to be one of my our guards, his excuses were ridiculous but it was clear that he had no intention to make him enter between my guards and spy on me as I was doubting
Arjun: yes
Pratap nodded: I felt responsible for what happened with Gulab and I have promised him a reward and a chance to get his own right, that is why I made Francine to put eyes on Rahul and I have found that he is taking his orders from Princess Sona and she is the one that gave the orders to do so and hurt our daughter and I have confronted Hiran with this and told him I knew that because Rahul exposed him to me, and I let him understand my words as he wishes, he might think that Rahul's action what exposed him or he directly told me, I don't care
