Chapter 9 " The First Ray of Light"

At 11: 45

in Singh Oberoi mansion

Shivaay looked at his watch nervously then looked at Jhanvi who was sitting looking through the windows sadly and he shook his head and said to himself !!
Shivaay to himself: she is not coming !!!

(then he held Jhanvi 's shoulder and made her sit on the bed and bated on her hand as she looked at him with teary eyes)

Shivaay: its ok maybe she will come tomorrow (then he said sadly) I promised you forgive me

Jhanvi looked down sadly as tears flow on her cheek and Shivaay actually felt angry from Anika for causing so much pain to Jhanvi

Shivaay: close the gates the girl is not coming

And he went to his office room for few minutes before 12: 00am where he close the gates and wish good night to every one

Meanwhile as the gate was closing the security man stopped closing the door as he found a girl running towards the gate holding a big suit case and struggling to take her breath .

Anika: WAIT WAIT

The man stopped closing the door and she smiled widely reaching inside the gate as the security man closed the door behind her !!

Anika : I... I am Anika ...the new caregiver

The security man: yes we were expecting you, come in

Anika looked at his desk and found an icy bottle of water , she smiled widely and signaled him

Anika: can I drink ?

The man nodded and said: but hurry as the mansion lights will turn off at 12

Anika eyes widened as she taking her breath then she looked at her watch and swallowed her thirst

Anika : damn it

Then she looked at the icy bottle of water on last look then she ran to inside the mansion

Meanwhile in the corridor

Gauri, Rudra, Kamini and Ragini got out of their rooms and stand outside them waiting for Shivaay to come as Kamini and Ragini were smiling to each other and Gauri and Rudra were looking at the entrance sadly but what made them even sadder that the minute their doors opened and they stand in front of it , Jhanvi also came out of Shivaay's room running

Jhanvi : SURBHI?

Then she looked at the faces and not seeing Anika between them she looked down sadly with teary eyes and was about to go inside but

Kamini : told you sweetie, it's nothing to worry about see , who will want to take care of a crazy maid anyway

Jhanvi stopped in her place and tears flow more on her cheek and looked at Kamini who added looking at her this time with a smirk

Kamini : she must was really disgusted and cringing from her pathetic mental state and her appearance , she just pity her , but also pity have limits , isn't it ?

Jhanvi tears turned to sobs and she sit on the floor and hit her head with her hand twice, hoping with those hits that her mind return back to her so her daughter return back and not feel disgusted or ashamed

Gauri in low tone : please aunty you are hurting her , Anika said she understand and remember every word said to her

Kamini eyes widened and said terrified: and how Anika know that ? is Jhanvi started talking ??

Gauri in low tone : I don't know I don't think so why you ask??

Kamini smiled and said : nothing don't mind (then she smirked and said sarcastically) are you okay ,gardener's wife ? don't say I hurt you !! oh I thought it's so clear !!!!
