Anika took Zaheer's phone out of her pocket and looked at the number with wide smile and her hand was shivering in excitement as she answered the call.
Anika: Gulabu?
Shivaay: hey kitty? How are you doing?
Anika's eyes crowded with tears and nodded with wide smile then sat on the side Garden's brick border inside the palace and in front of the gate.
Anika: I am good, like the last night and the night before, just missing you
Shivaay: are you crying?
Anika: no (then she wiped her tears that renewed) when are you coming back? You said just two weeks, today is the last night.
Shivaay in low tone: I said that yes, but I think I have to stay few more days, I am sorry kitty
Anika covered her lips to hold a whimper of her sobbing
Shivaay: kitty?
Anika in low tone: it is okay, I missed you but I handled it for two weeks, I can handle few days more (then she said in low tone) you are not angry with me, right?
Shivaay took a moment then said in low tone...
Shivaay: no, why you keep asking that every time I call?
Anika: you sound so sad
Shivaay: I just miss you
Anika in low tone: then come back
There was another moment of silence
Shivaay: how far have you read in your book?
Anika smiled widely and wiped her tears and opened her book
Anika: I am almost done, I have only two more pages, I don't know what I will do after I finish it (then she smiled) I know you might not believe me and think it is silly but when I read in the book I feel your presence here, like you never left me (then she smiled widely) like I used to feel in the orphanage when the doves come.
Shivaay: if I asked you something to do for me, will you ask me why? Or you will just do it?
Anika smiled widely: I will just do it
Shivaay: no you won't, you are lying kitty
Anika chuckled: no I am not try me; I will do it I promise
Shivaay: fine I will try you in a little thing now; take two steps to the left
Anika smiled widely: just that okay (then she hugged the phone for a moment) I just did
Shivaay chuckled: you are lying kitty; I can know if you are lying even if I don't see you, you didn't move an inch, you never listen to me
Anika chuckled: no, why you assumed I didn't move? (Then she shook her head) don't answer that it is stupid question you know everything
Shivaay chuckled: yes, I do
And she walked two steps to the left and sat back on the border
Anika: now I did it, tell me what you want to ask me too?
Shivaay: don't read the last two pages tonight, leave them for tomorrow morning, can you do that for me without asking why?
Anika smiled faintly: okay that is easy
Shivaay: eat well and imagine me sitting beside you and eating with you
Anika smiled widely: okay what else
Shivaay: get in if you are out of the palace, it is chilly tonight
Anika: okay, you too get in, what else?
Shivaay: and don't cry, don't be sad, and have a good night kitty
