Surprise visit

The two young women had ordered their wedding announcement. The date was set. The place of the ceremony was also fixed.

Over the weekend they had been looking at rentals and had found a beautiful mansion not far from the beach, a bit like Carrington Mansion in one of the shows they loved when they were younger, Dynasty.

So the placemats were ordered. They were waiting for the first draft from the editor.

- "well! We've been busy this weekend! Pre-ordered invitations, witnesses, Andrea, the house for the party..."

-"I had an idea," said Carina.

- "yes my love?"

-"I know your passion for chocolate... And for a certain brand in particular. So I thought instead of the traditional sugared almonds... We could do personalized M&M's? What do you think?"

- "I love it! I love this idea!"

-"and in memories of our past vacations... I thought you know Dylan's Candy Bar..."

- "when we bought the candy for Andrea and ate it ourselves?"

- "yes. There were the clear jars that looked like paint cans. Maybe we could order the same jars but smaller, individual ones. Have 'Dylan's Candy Bar' stickers made and glued on and put the M&M's inside."

- "I love, love this idea! You are the most amazing woman Carina DeLuca, if we weren't planning our wedding I would ask you to marry me!"

- "ah and how would you do that to top your first proposal?"

-"I'd probably clear Andy out of the apartment. I'd put red and white rose petals all over the apartment, ritual 'Savage Garden' candles. Music, then I have to find a song... I'd like to go for Versace on the floor, but that implies that I want to put you in my bed. So I'm still looking... And I would be lying on the bed, in a midnight blue silk negligee, one of those where you have a veil that falls in front of your belly... And I hesitate either I would have written 'Marry Me' on my chest.
Or I would have given you an orgasm and in the same way that I tell you my first I love you, I would have said 'Marry me Carina' "

In two minutes Carina had gone through a whole range of emotions, joy, excitement, tenderness, longing, but this last memory, which was one of the most beautiful of her life, brought tears to her eyes.

-"I would have liked that very much... That you asked me like you told me your first I love you".

- "more than my current proposal ?"

- "no of course not, but it would have been just as romantic. At the time I might have thought you would have asked me because of the incredible sex. But I think I would have quickly realized that you were sincere..."

- "Come here" she said as she took Carina in her arms, running her fingers over her skull.

- "hummmmm that feels good"

- "do you have a headache my love?"

- "yes"

- "Why didn't you say anything?"

- "we were busy and that's important."

- "you are the important one"

Maya took Carina by the hand. She lay down on the couch and motioned for the Italian to lie on top of her.

The brunette placed her head on the blonde's chest, putting one hand on her stomach and the other on her girlfriend's side, her head turned towards the back of the sofa. Maya placed her two hands in the brunette's hair to massage her scalp.
