"Yo, did you see the video? That shit was hot. Better than the game's performance."

"Of course it was. People only go there for the OGs anyway. If at least one of them ain't present, I'm not watching it."

I hear people talk others as I walk by them on campus. It's been that way all day. They've been talking about half the team refusing to dance at the game and then Malia posting a video of them killing the choreo with her. It was changed a little bit because they were missing some people but it still ended up being better.

It was filmed in the dance practice room meaning that Coach Tammy had to be in on it to give them the key. The whole situation is causing a lot of speculation on campus about what the hell could be going on.

I'm not going to say anything. I'm not going to confirm or deny anything. God forbid I say that we broke up. I don't have the mental strength to watch the influx of male attention Malia's going to get.

I don't even want to fucking think about it.

It's bad enough that the video has gone viral. Not just on this campus... but viral. It went viral on campus Twitter because they didn't dance at the game. It went viral everywhere else, not necessarily for the dancing, but because of what they were wearing while dancing.

I don't know if I should be proud or heavily annoyed that everyone was talking about how good Malia's ass looked in her shorts. They looked for and found every single photo and video of her since our freshman year in Nike Pro shorts, putting them in threads and everything.

She literally attracted people from almost every group. Straight women were saying it was 'moving like water' and hyping her up.

Lesbian and bisexual women were saying 'ask her if she like girls'. They expressed their exaggerated agony when people from our campus told them she was dating me.

Straight men were asking if she was single but also saying I was lucky to have her. Annoying sentiment knowing that we're not together but I'll let them continue to think that we are.

And gay men were also hyping her up while going 'if I was straight...'. Glad they're not because some of them look like they'd actually have a shot.

Again.. very annoying.

My phone starts ringing in my pocket and I take it out to answer. My heart jumps and I quickly tap the green arrow.

"Hello?"

"Good afternoon, Namjoon. How are you today?"

"I'm good, Mr. Luzon. How are you?"

"Oh, I'm good. Great, actually. My wife and I came with our son to see you play last night. You were on fire. He was so happy to see you in action in person."

"Really? How old is he?"

"Seven. He's a big fan of yours. When I used to watch your games during your freshman year, he'd go put on his Georgia Tech cap and sit in front of the TV. And when they got the caps made last year with you guys' last names on them, he was throwin' a fit about getting one."

That makes me smile. Hearing things and seeing things like that really make me happy. Genuinely.

"I wish you would've let me know that you guys were coming. I'd have made sure to say hi. We could've gotten a picture or something."
