The night of the 19th is a heavy one.

For one, Namjoon is exhausted. He's been up since three in the morning, unable to sleep as his anxiety grew. He went to classes on no sleep, attended practice with no sleep. He did homework with no sleep.

He and Malia have talked more over the last week. They've been less avoidant of each other and have texted each other every day. Namjoon's been over to change Tarrant's litter box even though Malia insists that she can do it herself.

He won't let her do it. He got annoyed when she suggested it.

So he's been over every day to change it. He's stayed for a couple hours after and he and Malia watch a movie until she falls asleep.

He usually leaves right after that, making sure to lock her door and get back to campus.

Usually.

Tonight is an exception. Tonight is different.

Malia clings to him, hugging her body to his and wrapping her legs around his waist. They haven't been this close since they had their open conversation about everything. They cleared things up and got things out into the open. Everything was brought to the forefront and off of their chest.

All while avoiding the giant elephant in the room.

It's been on both of their minds heavily for obvious reasons. Their anxiety is high about it and to be honest, Malia is more fearful than anything.

Truthfully, she's terrified about going through with this. Namjoon shares her sentiments but they know that it's what has to be done. They aren't fit to be anybody's parents but Tarrant's right now.

So, due to high anxiety and inability to sleep, they're up talking about what they haven't.

"Do you think that it's a boy or a girl?" Malia asks softly.

"Girl." Namjoon answers with no hesitation.

"You sound a little confident."

"I am." He replies. "I thought of names. Well, for a girl.." He admits as they lie in her bed together. She's laying on her side facing him and he's facing her as Tarrant lays in between them.

Malia's lips part slightly after the words are out of his mouth. She gulps and looks at him. "I did, too. For a girl because I couldn't think of good boy names."

"Me either. You'd think it'd be easy for me but I was stuck. What are your names?" He asks quietly as his knuckles rub against her skin.

"You tell me yours first." She counters.

"Mmm." Namjoon looks down at her stomach as he talks, too nervous to look her in the eyes.

He's said it before that he doesn't think he'd pick names she'd like. He doesn't think he'd be very good in the naming department as he would be in the fatherly department.

"I was thinking. Nyla oorr Nylia? Like a combination of our names. Kind of.... Sort of." His cheeks warm and he takes the attention off of himself. "What are your names?"

"Not good like those. I'm not telling you now. I like yours better." She frowns a little and Namjoon laughs.

"Come on. You can tell me. They can't be that bad."

"Nope. I'm sealing my lips. Not telling you anything. We're going with Nyla or Nylia."

"Rock, paper, scissors for which." Namjoon holds his fist out and Malia smacks her teeth. "Come on, I'm for real. This is serious business. We got a baby to name, Lia."
