They are back in Korea after their trip to Hawaii.
Today is the big day. Jennie is going to release her pre-single.

Lisa is here at Jennie's dorm, watching her countdown livestream. It's going to release at 12am KST. A few more minutes and her new song will be out.

I'm going back to my dorm after the release of my pre single 'Solo' for my upcoming album. Their are going to be 7 songs in total and solo is one of them.
2 hours after the release and I finally got free to go back home. My new single M/V is already breaking records all around the world and I'm so happy.
So happy that I want to go home and celebrate it with my Lalisa.
It was a short trip and I was soon in front of my apartment ready to ring the bell when the door opened and my girlfriend pulled me for a sudden hug.
I was shocked but laughed later. She congratulated me and spinned me around. It looks like she is the one who just released a hit song.
"You're amazing hon" She said as she put me down.
"Yeah... And you're here" I pulled her for a kiss and kicked the door close when she put me down. "I'm so happy you're here."
We didn't get to see each other after our trip because of my busy schedule and her going back to Thailand for some family business but here she is travelling all the way from Thailand just to support me. I love her so much.
"I can't miss this for anything." She continued in a whisper. "I missed you Nini" I smiled automatically after hearing that name. She rested her forehead on mine.
The feeling of her back in my arm, I can't even describe how good it feels. "I missed you too Lili" I whispered back as we stood there contented just by holding each other.
"I got you a little present." She said pulling back, shyly. She hold my hand and guided me to the kitchen.
She decorated the kitchen island with rose petals and candles. There was a cute cake in centre. She gestured for me to go ahead and cut it, She played my new single 'solo' in background which made me laugh a little.
"Okay... So wait here for a sec." She said and run outside kitchen to the coat hanger and got something from her coat.
"This is for you" she said showing me a huge blue velvet box.
"Lisaaa..." I said exasperated. We agreed to not spend too much on gifts.
"Heyy.. I didn't spend anything for this... It's umm" She said shyly "It was my grandmothers. My grandpa passed this to me after she passed away." She smiled sadly.
"He gave this to her when she started her first project successfully. It was a lucky charm for her. And I hope it brings luck to you as well." How can she be this considerate to me?
"Lisa I-I .. it's so important to you.. how can I accept this." She just smiled and put the box on the counter and opened it.

I had my mouth wide open. It was so gorgeous. The milky white pearls and the flower connecting them was made of diamonds. It must have cost a fortune.
"He gave this to me, so that I can give it to someone I love and want to protect." She said while looking at the necklace too. "I want you to have it Jennie."
I was shocked and she? She looked like it's not a big deal at all. She just had love in her eyes which calmed me down too. I nodded slowly. "Alright..." I sighed out "But this is the last time you are giving me an expensive gift." She stopped mid way to pick up the necklace.
She turned towards me "Heyyyy..." She whined like a kid. "How am I supposed to propose to you. This is unreasonable." She said dramatically like she didn't just talked about proposing me.
"So you're gonna propose to me?" I said playfully. She stopped realising what she just said and cleared her throat.
"Umm... Aaaa... Y-You Knoww... Ahemmm." She was a stuttering mess. I laughed at her antique and pulled her for a hug.
"Calm down and breath baby." I moved my hand up and down soothing her, to calm her breath. Which definately did its work.
"Next year." She whispered suddenly.
I pulled back and looked at her confused. "Huh?"
"Next year" she said more clearly and smiled. "I will ask you to marry me next year Jennie."
Did I say I was shocked before when I saw the necklace??? Well it was an understatement to the shock I just got now. As much as this made me happy, it was a big commitment. We don't know what will happen till than.
"Lisa I..." I shook my head slightly and smiled, I don't want to say anything that might remove that smile and happiness from Lisa's face. "I love you"
She smiled more and kissed me. "I love you so much more Jennie" with that she hugged me.
"Lisa..." I whispered in our hug, she hmmed in response. "I'm tired and I have a big day tomorrow ." She pulled back from the hug in sudden realisation.
"Shit... I forgot... Inkigayo right?" I nodded the smile not leaving my face. It never does whenever I'm with her.
"Can you just give me 5 more minutes?" She asked with pleading eyes. Can anyone say no to those eyes?
She just wanted to see me wear that necklace one time before going to bed. She even took pictures of me wearing it.
