50. Serenade

Months passed by without anyone noticing. Jennie released the next album, which shook the whole k-pop industry because of how awesome it was. She won all the awards there is and became the first k-pop artist ever to be nominated for the best pop song for VMAs.

Today is her first concert after releasing her album. Lisa and Jennie spend as much time together as they could. Mostly one of them spend the night at the other's place because it was the only time Jennie was free.

About the documentary. It is completed and the draft is already sent to the YG to go through it once before they release it on Christmas eve.

Rosie decided to stay in korea. Her fathers company has a branch here so she decided to work here and stay close to her best friend Lisa. And to Jisoo who was finally courting her.

Lisa was already at the venue 'KSPO Dome'. Jennie was having a mic test and rehersal. There were only the crew members present right now.

As Jennie said. Lisa was her private photographer for the concert, today and tomorrow. So she had the privilege to stay close to Jennie.

Jennie sang a few songs and soon was ushered back to the dressing room to get dressed. As much as Lisa wanted to follow her, she didn't because there were other photographers hired by the company with her and she couldn't just sneak away.

After the last song of the evening Jennie spoke again.

"First I want to thank my management to allow me to sing one more song before we end this wonderful night." Crowd cheered as they will get to hear one more song.

"This song is so special to me. I never sing it on any of the live show's or interviews because I wanted to dedicate it to someone, someone who is so special to me. And that someone is here today."

Just for a second Jennie made eye contact with Lisa who was just below the stage holding her camera. She took a picture exactly when Jennie looked at her and was filled with love instantly. She knew Jennie was talking about her.

"You're the best part of my life." The whole stadium is filled with cheeres as Jennie reveals her relationship status and love for her partner.

The soothing music from a piano starts playing in the background and the stadium suddenly fell silent. All the people pick up their lightstick in the air and wave them. It was magical like a sky filled with stars.

A crew member came and gave Jennie a guitar.

Jennie had her eyes closed as she sat on a platform in the centre of front stage.

She opened her eyes in the first verse and roamed her eyes around the crowd like looking for someone.

She looked up in the night sky and smiled imagining all the nights they have spent together in each other arms.

She looked at the crowd again and smiled looking at all her fans swaying their bodies silently listening to her.

She finished it with a high note as her recorded voice continued in the background.

She lowkey looked at Lisa and winked.

"I hope you all liked it." She said a bit breathless.

The cheering and shouting from her fans was insane as she was going back under the stage through the elevator. She made eye contact with Lisa one last time before disappearing from their view.

Jennie's management didn't take Jennie to be so bold and actually Serenade Lisa in front of her fans. But this actually went viral within minutes. Jennie was trending worldwide in the next few hours. Everyone was talking about her love life. And the person she sang the song for.

There were many rumours. People connected the song with various artists present on the venue but no one actually knew who it was.

Jennie asked her crew to get Lisa backstage for a photoshoot. Even though Lisa had a backstage pass, Jennie knew she will not get the opportunity among other photographers to get access to the area where her dressing room was.

Even YG photographers have to get her permission before entering her dressing area.
