I was currently standing in front of Yoda with Obi wan, Anakin, Aliiza and Ahsoka, last Minute time they decided to bring me along because "the council decided' In mace's word for me to help, I brought Aliiza along since she was begging to go on a mission, this as good as any, we were just finishing are brief with Master Yoda.
Yoda: Find the signal, you must.
Y/N: (Stretching arms out in the air) Well, guess doing this is as good as anything else here.
Obi-wan: We will master Yoda, let us go, there's no time to lose.
The older Jedi went a head to the shuttle as Ahsoka turned to Aliiza and spoke to her.
Ahsoka: How do you feel about your first rescue mission Aliiza? Must be a new experience right?
Ahsoka said as she noticed how giddy Aliiza had been ever since she was told of the mission, she always made it out to be something so big yet to me, this was just another standard mission.
Aliiza: (Excitedly) I know right? I can't wait! Boss, only a had to shoot my blaster like.... 5 times in total, but I'm still a good shot!
Ahsoka: I hope so, you think you're any good with that blaster?
Aliiza: You know it! Y/N always says "With an aim like your's you can take on the entire droid army" I think I could as well!
Y/N: (Shaking my head) No I don't, I just tell you that to make you feel better have you hit your target every so often,
Aliiza: But that's how you speak in the morning when you wake up, am I wrong?
Y/N: Its called self motivation, Aliiza, You should try it some time.
Aliiza: What? Are you saying I'm not motivated enough?
She said thinking I was actually been real with her, I couldn't help but sigh as Ahsoka spoke.
Ahsoka: He's joking with you Aliiza, Right Y/N?
Y/N: Of course, you drive HK to lose it with the way you speak to him, I keep telling HK that it'll be fine, but I do think you're burning HK's processors with your talks about blasters and adventure.
Aliiza: Oh, I'm sure HK will be fine if that happens right?
Y/N: HK Will survive, for now let us go, I wonder if he's going to kill something while we're gone.
Ahsoka: Back to the old habits I guess.
We board the ship and Jump to light speed, after an hour or so we would arrive at the so called coordinates where the venator was meant to be, only for when we ask where Rex is over a hologram, to be told he is also at the same coordinates.
Rex: Where not picking you up on our scanners sir.
Anakin: Oh, come on, that's impossible, something Wrong, we're at the exact coordinates where the distress signal originated, but there's nothing here.
Y/N: Was this a Jedi pranking us from Two thousand years ago?
Aliiza: Maybe they knew you was going to be coming back and though "Hey! Let's get Y/N and his friends to go to the middle of nowhere!"....
Obi wan: I hope not, us coming out here for no reason is bad for the war effort, if there is no one to save then....
Rex: (distorted) Unable to-- find you. Where are you, sir--
The connection cuts out, Aliiza starts to look worried.
Aliiza: That isn't good....
Ahsoka: No it isn't, something is blocking our signal.
