Arrival at Umbara.

Third Person POV One week later.

The next week was a long one for Y/N, he had tried to see Ahsoka for a while but had no luck, Ahsoka had been avoiding him and Aliiza for a while now, She had been rethinking her entire approach when it came to the thing she had with Y/N, she didn't know how to act, she couldn't go to her master, he'd likely kill Y/N and then scold her for breaking the code (if only she knew), she couldn't go to any one in the Jedi or the senate, so she did what most Jedi were told to do when they join, to not talk or do anything about it, she was currently in her chambers when her com Link went off, she answered it and heard her master.

Anakin: Ahsoka, We'll be setting off for our next mission in a few minutes, you gonna come down to the hanger? Drop ships are already here.

Ahsoka: Yes, I'll be there in a moment... actually, (a little worried) do you know if Y/N will be there?

Anakin: As far as I'm aware, Y/N's ship is already on the Resolute with him on board, why?

Ahsoka: It's nothing, I uh, just wanted to know, thanks.

She ends the call as sighs, she had been dreading speaking with Y/N, ever since the kiss she had thought how hurt she had been, she didn't what to think, how to feel, her emotions were everywhere, she almost let it slip with Obi wan once which was too much of a close call, she got up and picked up her lightsaber from their stand, she put them on her belt and left her quarters, meanwhile in the hanger, Fives and Echo went up to Captain Rex who was helping get supplies on some gunships when they got his attention.

Echo: Rex? Do you have a moment sir?

Rex: (turning around) Sure, what can I do for you brothers?

Fives: It's uh, delicate matter sir, something we need to discus alone. (he says gesturing to a closed off area)

Rex: Oh, sure...

Rex, Echo and fives find an isolated spot and begin to talk.

Rex: So what so important? We've got a battle to prep for.

Fives: Sir, it's about General L/N, we think he's done something to Commander Tano.

Rex: (concerned) What? What has he done?

Echo: We, actually don't know sir, last week Commander Tano asked us to hide her from him, we did so and a minute later he came here looking for her, we turned him around and he left, but things haven't been the same since.

Rex: Is there anything else you can tell me about the dispute? 

Fives: She mentioned about it ruining both their reputations, I have no clue what it could be about, but she didn't want general Skywalker or anyone else to know for some reason.

Rex: And you're telling me this?

Echo: Well, we thought you'd be able to do something about it, perhaps make sure the Commander and General L/N don't get the same assignments.

Fives: Yeah, that way the Commander wouldn't feel so awkward or afraid of whatever is going on between them, whatever it is.

Rex: I can't change Ahsoka's assignment without reason, and what would General Skywalker think? He would know something is wrong and I'd have to turn over what I know...

Echo: Rex, listen, this thing that's going on could be either the smallest thing in the galaxy, or the biggest...

Fives: If it is the smallest thing in the world, we just chalk it up to a small problem that will be gone soon, but if it is bigger than we think, what happens if we choose to ignore it?
