Princess Mina.

I woke up with the sunlight shining on my face. It felt like I've just closed my eyes then opened it again. It's so hard to get some sleep after what I've learned from the general.

He was right. Even with knowing anything we can about the enemy still that won't give us ideas how to stop them.

I then remembered why I can't sleep, for I was waiting for Rowan's owl. He always write every night or every other night. But with what I know now made me feel so worried about him. I can't believe he lied to me just to serve our kingdom. He's there right now at the enemy's lair taking a huge risk for a mission.

I hurriedly went to take a bath dressed and look for the general. I passed by the corridor by the garden when my father called on to me. Oh I forgot our daily breakfast by the garden.

"You seemed in a hurry that you have passed the garden."

"Sorry father. Good morning" I said as I reached him and gave a peck on his cheeks. "Mornin sis!"

Sana was eyeing me questioningly. I just forced a smile at her and began to eat. I really don't have the appetite but if I won't eat they would notice something wrong.

I told the general not to tell father that I already know.

"My dears, can you both accompany me on a stroll later?"

"A stroll?" Sana asked.

"Where? By the gardens?" I added.

"No. I missed going outside walking along the streets, greeting our people."

Both of us were surprised by his request. Sana looked like she's going to cry.

"Oh Papa." We both went to him and hugged him. I was so happy that my father now is well.

Ever since father stopped walking around our kingdom, Sana made sure she walks around in the place of my father. The town loved her more for that. They don't ask for me for they all know that I'm working on something to cure father.

"Are you sure you can do it?

He looked at me and his eyes looked so happy and he's even excited too.

"You can stop anytime or have the carriage to take you anywhere. We just don't want to push your body to the limit. We'll slowly get you back to the way you were before okay?"

"Yes ma'am!" He said saluting me.

"Let's eat then."

After our breakfast we then went towards the gate. Some guards are walking closely not for our protection but for the King's health. They were even carrying water, fan, some snacks even towels too.

As the gates opened some of the passer-by stopped and stared at us as the three of us walked out of the gate smiling. I then heard "The King is out and walking again!" In an instant a crowd was formed around us they were all smiling and clapping.

"Oh Jing, how is the store."

"Sad sire, for you don't visit anymore. But happy now that you're here all well." Mr. Jing said looking like he will cry anytime now.

"Mrs. Song how is Mr. Song?"

We all knew he died a year ago.

"He's looking now down at you with a smile knowing you're out and walking around again." She said with tears forming yet smiling at him. Papa briefly held her hand.
