Princess Mina.

King Jihyo wrote back as soon as he can. He granted Papa's request of extending Prince Tzuyu and Prince Chaeyoung's stay at their kingdom.

I was ecstatic knowing he could stay longer. Little did I know I'll seldom see him for Papa kept him busy.

Papa wanted to strengthen our forces so in the future whether it's in our lifetime or not, our soldiers are well trained for battle.

I was able to come with them for the first 2 days. Chae demonstrated some basic fighting skills up to the tactical ones. It's hard seeing him in action again for the last time he was fighting someone I almost fainted of being to scared for his life.

Sana, who often goes with them, side hugged me.

"You okay? You're trembling." She asked.

"Am I? I just recalled the last time he fought someone. It's a bad memory. I was so scared for his life."

"Let's go then. Oh! Let's visit their medical team."

"That's a good idea!"

It's a very good idea actually, cause she gave me a reason to stay closer to Chae. I could probably help there too.

Sana told Tzuyu where we'll go. Chae noticed I was going. He looked at me for a second. I smiled at him and he smiled back but then was tackled down by his sparring partner. I almost ran at him but then I heard him laugh.

"Good job. When your opponent is distracted, take advantage right away. Knocked em out if you can." He said after he was given a hand by his partner to stand.

He dismissed them and walked to the wooden fence. I walked towards him.

"You're a great distraction."

"I'm glad to know." We both laughed.

"May I ask why is my princess leaving me? Where are you going?"

"To the medical team. It's Sana's idea. Maybe I could help there too. I might be around often."

His face lighten up.

"That's great! I'll get to see you often then."

On the 2nd week of their stay we don't have much to do in the medical area. Most of the time I was either at my lab or at our library. Chae and Tzuyu continued training the soldiers.

One night, after our dinner, me and Chae took a stroll by the garden. After an hour of walking we sat by the gazebo. He let me sat in front of him then hugged me from the back. We were watching the stars while talking. Then he became silent. I felt that he's thinking deep.

I turned and looked at him. There's a hint of sadness in his eyes.

"What is it?" I said started to get worried.

He smiled while his hand caress my cheek.

"We'll be going home in 3 days.  Father wishes us to be there and help him for his birthday is near."

I suddenly felt sad. That's why he's quiet. I smiled at him.

"Then we'll make most of the remaining 3 days."

"I feel like the time I've spent with you were too short. I apologize if I'm not around that much..."

"Chae..." It's my turn to caress his cheek. "You're helping Papa, which is a huge favor already and besides we spend every available time you have together. It may seem it's short, but the important is we spend those times together."

I sat back in front of him and brought his arms around me to hug me.

"I don't know about you but I was happy everytime I'm with you." I said.

Wow Mina. Is that really you? I asked myself. I don't usually say things like this. When I'm with him, I often do things I don't usually do, feel things I haven't felt before and say things I'm not used to.

He then hugged me tighter and put his head on my shoulder.

"That made my day. I'm happy everytime I'm with you too. So happy I couldn't describe it."

For 2 days, we spend each of his available time together. I brought him to town for the people to see him.

On the last day he said that after his training we'll go somewhere.

Before sunset we arrived back at the castle. After visiting the kitchen, I immediately look for Mina. We walked towards the stables. The staff had put the things that I asked into a basket and attached it to the horse I'm riding.

Mina mount her horse and so did I. We rode out, I told her to follow me. She then laughed upon recognizing where I'm headed. We reached her favorite spot in time for sunset. I laid out a blanket and put down the basket. I told Mina to sit down and then I sat behind her. She immediately leaned her body on me as we watch the sun as it sets.

When it's getting dark, I lit the lantern and then took out the contents of the basket. I asked the kitchen staff to wrap a dinner for two and also a bottle of wine.

We ate and drank. After eating, we talked while she was leaning her head on my shoulder and hugging my arm.

I guess drinking wine is a bad idea or was it her hugging my arm was the bad one. It's because I could feel her breast against my arm. Now I seek for her lips but I'm afraid if I kiss her, my body might be wanting more.

"You're deep in your thoughts. Care to share it?"

I look at her and smiled. "I was thinking of kissing you, but I'm afraid if I do after drinking wine, this body might ask for more."

Mina lifted her head put her hand on the side of my cheek and made me look at her.

"Just kiss me." She then looked at my lips.

Oh shit. I looked at her lips and noticed she's getting closer. I then closed the gap between us and kissed her. A few seconds in the kiss I put my arm behind her and pulled her to me. She then hugged me and then our kiss deepened.

I could feel the heat started to rise as she allowed my tongue in. We kissed more passionately. I couldn't help but caress her skin.

Oh shit. I want more, my body want more. I stopped.

"We better head back. It's getting late."

I drank the remains of my glass then started put the things back to the basket.

We rode our way back to the castle. I walked her to her room. I smiled as I said goodnight. I kissed her and turned but she held my arm. I looked at her confused. I let her pull me towards her. Then she suddenly kissed me and in seconds I was kissing her back. The kiss started to deepen, her hand gripped my shirt and then opened her door and pulled me in.

Once the door was shut she hugged me and kissed me again.
