"Hello." I open my eyes to see him above me.

"Hi." Clark grins before kissing me.

"I know, tomorrow's the big day."

"We don't have to go." He shakes his head.

"No, I want to, for Lana. Like I said, if Lex really makes her happy, I'll support her. She's my friend. But you don't have to go."

"You think I'm gonna let you go without the accompany of your boyfriend?"

"Is this code for: I don't want the guys there looking at you?"

"No."

"Uh-huh."

"Really, no. You can take care of yourself." He nods.

"I can." I nod back.

"But I'm just gonna take care of you instead." Clark adds and I chuckle before kissing him, then wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Shower, then breakfast." I say in between kisses.

"Mm, shower with me?"

"I have to get some things."

"What things?"

"Things."

"You're cruel. And vague."

"You like it." I inquire and he gives me a long kiss.

"You have no idea." Clark whispers over my lips before grazing his nose over mine.

"I'm gonna teach Miles and Selina how to cook."

"Oh, God."

"You don't have to participate." I scoff. "I have to get some things at the store. I found a new recipe. I think you'll like it."

"Does it involve oregano?"

"No." I laugh.

"Then it's already my favorite food." He grins and I playfully roll my eyes. "It doesn't involve apples either right?"

"You have an option to put them in. But luckily, Miles likes strawberries and Selina likes pears. I can't wait to buy the Nutella."

"Okay, I'm sold. I'm participating in this cooking class from hell."

"You can't even cook." I hit his arm and we share a laugh.

"It's a good thing I'm being taught today then." Clark kisses me and I wrap my arms back around his neck.
