TEARS!: 5 Seconds of Summer
"How can I help you, Captain Gordon? Detective Brady. I assure you this is a respectable establishment." A woman says and we turn around to face her.
"Relax. We're not here to shut you down. We're looking for someone." I tell her.
"We are trusted for our discretion."
"Mm-hmm." I hand over Harvey's photo. "Was he here? Who did he spend the night with?"
"He specifically requested Tallulah and Pip." She informs and I follow her gaze.
"That's him. That's Harvey. If he comes back, please...tell him to call me." I hand her my card before leaving and I fix my gun in my holster.
"Hey." Dad turns me around before feeling my forehead. "Are you okay? You want me to call mom?"
"No, dad, I'm fine." I nod. "Smallville is just still the same. One day visit and you already wanna leave." I turn and continue walking before I see Alfred punch a big guy to the ground. "That's enough!" I run over and raise my gun at the two other men. "Get out of here." I order and the trio rush away. "Not who I was expecting to see here."
"Likewise. I thought you'd still be resting." Alfred hugs me.
"I still am, don't worry." I hug him back.
"I'll always worry about you, love."
"Is Bruce with you?"
"No."
"What are you doing here?" Dad heads over.
"Well...it's not too bad down here, really. I mean, you can rent a lovely space, for what? Next to nothing, if you root around and you're patient." Alfred tells him.
"You live here?" I question.
"Nearby. It's a long story."
"Bruce fire you again?" I place my gun back into my holster before the hair sticks on the back of my neck, making my eyes widen.
"Well-"
"Get down!" I pull dad and Alfred down as explosion inside a building goes off, making people around the area scramble away in terror. "No." I look back at the building. "Lee." I whisper to myself. "No!" I take off and I run towards the building. "C'mon. Go, go, go, go. Go." I lead people out of the building. "
"Alright, everyone, move away from the building!" Alfred announces as him and dad lead more people out.
"Lee!" I run down the block. "Lee! Lee!" I look around.
"Brianna!" Lee shouts and I turn before running, now pulling her into me.
