District 3 Female - MIA CIRCUIT

NAME: Mia "Chip" Circuit

AGE: 18

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Chip stands at 5"8 with medium length dirty blonde hair. She's also very pale and has green eyes like everyone else in her family. Her right arm is scarred with burn marks that she received in a work related accident and she has a tattoo of three digits: 4,9,2 on her left shoulder. Her hands are rough from a few years of working in the factory and her hips are curvy. Her front tooth is chipped.

PERSONALITY: When first meeting Chip, she likes to keep to herself and observe more than talk. After she warms up to people, she begins to feel comfortable enough to talk around them. She's an optimist, she likes to see the bright side in everything and often likes to make people smile and laugh. She becomes very defensive by the people she is closest to and sometimes she has a bad habit of reacting before thinking. She's a worrier, and sometimes that will sidetrack her from her current actions.

LIFESTYLE: Chip got her name from the chipped tooth she got while trying to climb a tree when she was five. Since then, it has become fitting seeing as she spends her time in one of District 3's technology factory processing computer chips. Chip has been married to her husband, Packard, for all of three months. But, the happy couple have a two year old daughter, Lucy, together. Lucy was an accident, and even though Chip loves her daughter she often has trouble saying it and coming to terms that she is in fact, a mother.

Chip and Packard both work in the same factory, processing chips. Packard runs his own 'business' outside of work, which is illegally hacking into District 3's most valuable shops and houses and getting money off of people's accounts. No one has caught them yet, and Chip has the numbers to the account tattooed onto her arm which she always keeps covered.

Other than that Chip leads a relatively normal life in District 3. Her parents are still in the picture and they help out with Lucy quite a bit.
