*vinnies pov*

I was going to a concert tonight. It was a bit chilly out tonight, so I guess I'll wear baggy jeans with a baggy shirt.

*7pm*

I arrived to the area, and headed inside. It was a small but yet big area. There were no seats you had to stand. There were a couple girls in the second row and I was in the fourth row. But this one girl caught my eye. She was wearing a dark blue oversized hoodie, and baggy jeans. She had dark brown thick hair, she had layers and it looks like she curled it. I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

People were pushing and shoving her out of the way, eager to get up front. She had her arms crossed and would apologize when people would push and shove her out of the way. My friends ripped me out of it. "go talk to her." he said to me. I wanted too. She looked beautiful. Even from behind. "I want too." My eyes went back to her. I wanted to know her. "why don't you?"

Girls liked to date me because i was famous. They liked the money and that I knew other famous people. But in the end, they always leave. I didn't want that again. "What if she's just like the others?" I asked, my eyes meeting my friends. "You won't know till you find out. She doesn't look like that type.. she looks like she would love you for you." They smirked at me. Just looking at her gives me butterflies.

People kept pushing and shoving her to the point where she bumped into me. "Im so sorry." She looked up at me. She was kinda short. She was up to my shoulder. "you're okay." I smiled at her. She looked nervous. Or panicked. She kept bumping into me. "You can stay right here." I said, giving her a warm smile. "vinnie right?" She smiled.

I nodded. "y/n." Something about her was different. I could feel it. She wasn't like others. "beautiful." Her cheeks turned red. "thank you." She giggled. She's adorable and I don't even know her that well. Or at all. People kept pushing her with their shoulders, and she kept bumping into me. I honestly didn't mind it, but I wanted her to be safe. I gently grabbed her wrist and placed her between me and my friend. Now I was getting pushed but I didn't care.

"I don't know why I came her alone." She mumbled. "you came here alone?" I asked, making sure I heard her right. "yeah.. im trying to be an adult you could say." She laughed. "I mean im 19 and this is my first time going somewhere alone." "It gets easier, i promise." I assured her. She looked up at me with a smile. Our fingertips kept brushing against each other.

Until i interlaced our hands. The show hadn't started yet. But she squeezed my hand letting me know she was anxious. My thumb rubbed small circles on the top of her hand and I felt her hand relax in mine, and she rested her head on my arm. I looked up at my friend who winked at me and mouthed to me, "told you." I rolled my eyes trying to hide my laugh. She seemed so sweet.

I love the way she relaxed into me. As if she had known me for years and I was her safe space. The lights began to flicker meaning the show is starting. She never let go of my hand. Her head lifted up, but remained on my arm. After 15 minutes, a slow, romantic song came on. Live. The best time. I felt like I was meant to come here. Our hands stayed together.

She looked up at me as she sang the song. I on the other hand, did not know the song. But she sang it to me with passion. Like I was her boyfriend. I spun her around which caught her off guard. But a few seconds later she continued. She grabbed my face pulling me down, our lips inches apart. I could tell she began to feel comfortable around me. She pushed me back up, and leaned her back against my chest and she interlaced our fingers.

Throughout the song she would wrap my arms around her. My feelings for her keep growing and I don't even know her. The song ended, but she remained on me. My eyes were on her. She fit perfectly into me. "are you catching feelings for her?" My friend asked me, ripping me out of my thoughts. I smiled. "yeah.. I think so." She looked up at me.

"did you ask me something?" She had those beautiful brown eyes that I could swim in forever. "no." I smiled down at her. She smiled and grabbed my arms placing them around her. Wanting me to hold her close. One of my favorite songs began to play and my arm went around her neck and her arm around my waist. We began to sing to each other. There was a point where she wasn't looking at me and was looking at the artist.

At this point, I was just admiring her. She lifted her other hand up, and interlaced my hand that was over her shoulder. After an hour, the show had ended. We walked out together hand in hand. still. We were now in front of the building. "thanks for jamming out with me.." she smiled. I hated that this night was coming to an end. Meaning that my time with her was coming to an end.

"I had a good time with you." I confessed. "I did too.. not gonna lie.. felt like I've known you for years." She giggled. I felt the same way. I chuckled. "well.. wish me luck." and she began to walk away. She tensed up when I let her go. "are you.. walking back to your place?" I asked. She stopped her tracks and turned around with her arms folded. "yeah.. it's like a few blocks down." She answered.

"can i drive you?" Even thought I didn't know her, I wanted her to be safe. And where we were, there were drunk people who were already looking at her. The sun had just barely went down too. "umm.. are you sure?" "yeah come on." And i took her to my car. I opened the door for her which she kindly thanked me for. She removed the hair clip from her hair that held back 2 small pieces, and placed it on the handle by the windshield.

She directed me to where she was staying. She was staying at a hotel. "you don't live here?" "no i do.. I'm just two hours away and I didn't wanna drive in the dark." She laughed. I kinda sighed of relief. I wanted to get to know her. "do you think i could get your number?" It was obvious I was nervous asking that. "yeah of course." She smiled.

I handed her my phone and she typed in her number. "I had a good time with you, vinnie." She admitted with another smile. "we need to hang out more then." I stated. She smiled and nodded. I cupped the side of her face, and pulled her into me, placing a gentle kiss on her cheek. Her cheeks turned red once again. "Um.. thanks for driving me." She smiled at me.

"Of course.. hopefully we can hang out again." "Of course.. I'll see you around, vin." A nickname already? I got out of the car, and ran to her side opening the door for her. I stuck my hand out which she took. She's so beautiful. She walked through the double doors, her hair slightly blowing when she walked through the doors. She turned around and waved at me and headed towards the elevator.

When I got back in my car, I realized she left her hair clip. I drove home and she was all i could think about.
