Y/n and vinnie have been together for a couple years. But things have changed only 10 months after they hit their 2 year anniversary. They don't do anything together and eventually got bored of it. When they watch movies, he sits on one side and she sits on the opposite side. When they sleep, she sleeps on her side with their backs to each other.
When he comes home from work he says hi and walks right by her, and doesn't kiss her anymore. The only time they touch is when they have sex. They don't even tell each other they love each other anymore.

Y/n came home from a busy day at work, and removed her shoes by the front door. She went into their bedroom and changed into comfortable clothing, sitting on the couch and watching tv. She wondered what went wrong in their relationship. Why they turned out the way they did.
Suddenly, vinnie walked through the door. She turned her head and smiled at him. "Hey." He said not even looking at her. He went to their room and she resumed the movie. He changed into sweatpants and came out sitting on the other side, away from her. They both knew they were bored of each other, but not once did vinnie or y/n think about cheating on each other.
Reluctantly, she grabbed the blanket and sat next to him. They weren't touching she just wanted to be close to him again. She rested her head on his shoulder and he pushed her off. "Don't start y/n." He said sternly. She held back her anger, all she wanted to do was cuddle with her boyfriend.
"come on vinnie, we don't do this anymore." She looked at him. She felt she hasn't seen his eyes on her in months. He stood up running his hand through his hair, clearly annoyed. "can't you take the hint that I don't want to cuddle with you?" She threw the blanket off her and stood up standing in front of him.
She was ready to yell, but didn't even because he grabbed her hair aggressively pulling her in for a deep kiss. His hands migrated down to her waist and she knew what he was doing. She shoved him off.
"No! I'm tired of you doing this to me!" Tears threatening to fall. "you know you want it." He smirked at her. This is what he does. He only touches her when it's for sex. But if they were being honest with themselves, they never had time for each other. She worked all day and he did too but would come home later. And on the weekends they wanted to relax but ended up fighting all week.
He pulled her in again, but she pushed him again. "Get away from me." She took a few steps back. "What's your problem all the sudden?" He asked, crossing his arms. "Me? Whats yours? You never do anything with me! I'm basically just your sex buddy!" She yelled at him.
"bullshit!" He yelled back. "Is it vinnie? Is it bullshit? Think about it, when's the last time you kissed me? Other than wanting sex out of it! When's the last time you hugged me, cuddled with me, looked at me like you love me, take me on dates, bring me flowers, telling me you loved me? Huh?"
His eyes softened knowing she was right. "You're bored of me." She said.
"I don't even like you. You're so damn annoying!"
"You think i like you? You know what's annoying? You only talking to me when it's for sex. We're not healthy anymore, vinnie." She stated, wiping her tears away. It was silent. "come here.." he whispered, pulling her in for a hug. Their first hug in 10 months. She sobbed into his chest. Eventually she calmed down and he sat her down on the couch, him sitting next to her.
"Look, I know I've been busy lately and I'm so sorry for that.. and I know it's caused our relationship to be the way it is but I love you.. so much y/n you have no idea.." relief was lifted off her shoulders hearing that.
She laughed lightly, placing her hand on top of his. "I love you so much vinnie, and im sorry for everything.. I just want us to be normal again. And I know I've been busy too, and when we try to make time we just end up arguing.."
He wiped her tears away. "Why don't we work on that.. how about I take you out tomorrow." He said more than asking. She nodded and he kissed her, but with love this time.
*time skip, 2 years later*
Shortly after that talk, they got back into their healthy relationship. And after being married for a year they're expecting a little girl on the way. They started to work on their communication skills and everything went right.
