Vinnie was up in his room, playing his video games. Y/n was on her way to the hype house. They didn't live together, but they've been together for a couple of years. It was raining, and y/n had to drive slow not only cause it was dark but because the heavy rain prevented her from seeing further. She pulled into the driveway, shut her car off, and ran to the front door.
She opened it. "Y/n!" Everyone yelled, running over to her for a hug. They all loved her. Except one person. Mia. (this is tough cause my name is literally mia 😭)
She smiled at mia, but she just looked away and shook her head. "Hi! Where's vinnie?" "Playing video games as always." His friends laughed. "Thanks. I'll see you later." She laughed, and headed up to his room. Mia scoffed, quit enough that y/n didn't hear it. She laughed quietly as his rage. "You made us lose!" He yelled. She opened his door, and he immediately turned. A smile grew on his face when he saw her, and he took off his headset and stood up. "Baby!" He walked over to her and attacked her with a hug.
"How are you?" He asked, pulling away. "Good. How are you?" "Better now that you're here." He said, kissing her. "I was about to shower. Join me?" He asked. "I'm actually starving so im gonna raid your snacks."
"Okay." He chuckled, watching her walk out of the room. He was so in love. She walked back downstairs, going into the pantry and seeing vinnies snacks, and she grabbed them and sat on the couch. "How was your trip y/n?" "Pretty good, other than getting sunburnt, it was good." She laughed. Her and her friends went on a girls trip to the Bahamas. "Vinnie wouldn't shut up about missing you. Every 10 minutes it was like: oh y/n would love this, this is y/ns favorite, i miss y/n, i love y/n."
Y/n laughed. She couldn't be any more in love. "I was the same way." She chuckled.
*1am*
Y/n was asleep in vinnies bed. She was curled into him, but he was feeling munchy, so he went downstairs. And to his surprise, some of his friends were awake and down there. Along with mia. "Hey." He said, opening the pantry. "We gotta talk vinnie." Mia said. "What's up?"
"If y/ns gonna be coming over here and eating all of our food, she needs to do something in this house. Contribute to something." Mia explained. "She doesn't live here though." He was confused. "She's here so often it's like she does. And she doesn't need to be eating all of our food!" "She eats my food. That i paid for, so it's fine." He chuckled, shaking his head.
Soon, it turned into a big argument. "You're acting like a bitch because i care about my girlfriend and let her come here! It'd be different if she left a mess, but she doesn't! She even cleans up other people's messes. So you need to shut the fuck up!" He would defend y/n with everything he had. He truly loves her, and if defending her risked his career, he would still do it.
Mia continued to yell at him as he went upstairs. Y/n woke up when she heard screaming and noticed vinnie was gone. She sat up, and when vinnie walked in, he closed the door behind him and that's when she saw the look on his face. "What happened?" She jumped out of bed and hugged him. He explained everything that just happened, and y/n was pissed. If she could go down and tell mia off she would. But she didn't because vinnie needed her.
She went into his closet, and grabbed a bag. "Come on. We're leaving." She stated, grabbing his clothes. "What? Where are we going?" He asked. "A hotel." She had an apartment here, but she had friends who stayed with her. And her and vinnie needed to be alone. He helped pack the bag, grabbing his daily stuff.
*3am*
"What about this one?" They were apartment hunting now. For them two. "I like it. It had a lot of room. And the kitchen! Love. Is that the view?" She asked. "Yeah." He smiled down at her. "This is the one."
