OKAY GUYS, I NEED YOU TO START GIVING ME MORE REQUEST, BECAUSE WRITERS BLOCK IS KILLING ME.
Michael had never been too fond of babysitters, nor the children they babysit. As long as the child is under the age of twelve, he doesn't see it as an actual threat, therefore not feeling the need to kill them, but he still doesn't want to be around them.
Michael sat on the comfortable armchair in the corner of the living room, watching as you devoured the sixth Twix bar in a row when the doorbell rang. Michael's head whipped towards the door, his fist clenching as he stood up.
"Hold on. I'll go see who it is." You tell him, easing him to sit back down. Upon opening the door, you see your neighbor, Mary. You two had been pretty close acquaintances in the time you've lived in Haddonfield. "Hello, [Name]. I was wondering if you could do me a favor." Said Mary, fiddling with her hands. She wasn't normally the type to ask for favors, as she was considerably independent.
"What can I do for you?" You asked. "Could you babysit my daughter, Piper. She's really well behaved, and I swear she's not much of a hassle. It's just that I have a two hour meeting and I don't have anyone to watch her." Said Mary, Piper standing behind her legs. You looked over at Michael, who was not visible to Mary from where she was standing.
"I....sure! I can watch her until you're done." You told her. "Thanks, [Name]. I really appreciate it." She said, Piper walking up to you. Mary left in her Nissan altima, leaving Piper with you. She looked no older than five, and her hair was short and blonde. You smiled, picking Piper up and closing the door.
"I'm sure you're not very happy with the situation at hand. But I promise you, Michael, it's not that serious. It's only two hours." You said to Michael, who stared at the baby contently. Your phone rang obnoxiously, grabbing your attention. It was your boss. "Shit." You cursed under your breath.
"I have to take this call. Can you watch her for a little bit?" You asked hesitantly. Leaving a baby with a serial killer isn't what most would consider doing.
He let out a deep breath, nodding his head. "Okay, I'll be right back." You said, answering the phone and making your way upstairs to your bedroom. The baby smiled at Michael, tilting her head as she did so. She walked up to Michael, making him tense up a bit.
"Up!" The child yelled, Michael tilting his head in confusion. "Up!" She repeated, holding her hands out. Michael leaned forward, looking down at Piper. She grabbed his pants leg, yanking it as she repeated once more.
Michael lifted her in the air, chunking her across the room.
(IM PLAYING Y'ALL I JUST LET MY INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS WIN✋️😭💀)
Michael lifted her in the air, sitting her down on his lap. Piper smiled at him, laughing and giggling as he tickled her stomach. She reached for his mask, Michael gripping her hand and confusing her as her smile dropped a little. To lighten her mood, he poked her nose, squeezing her cheeks. You came back downstairs to see Michael and Piper playing as she laughed loudly.
You smiled, taking a little picture before they noticed you were there. "Enjoying yourselves?" You asked, Michael turning his head to face you. "Well, well. Look what we have here." You said, walking over to him. "Mr. "I don't like children" seems to be having a lot of fun with Piper." Michael grunts lowly in embarrassment.
"No need to be ashamed." You teased, sitting down on the arm of the chair. You admired how cute they were together, as she looked a lot like Michael when he was little.
As I said, sorry if my chapters are getting dry🥲
