Chapter 33

While tossing and turning, Taehyung opened his eyes when he heard movement in the room. He saw a shadow of a man and immediately turned on the lights and grabbed his gun.

Taehyung: Don't... move... Jungkook?

Jungkook: Hi, honey. Can you please put the gun down?

Taehyung: You are not real. I saw you getting raped and killed. Haven't I suffered enough?

Jungkook: I'm sorry, honey. I did not want you to know what happened to me. But I am here now in the only way that I can be.

Taehyung: Why? Why?

Jungkook: To remind you that I love you and none of this is your fault.

Taehyung: My heart aches for you. I miss you so much.

Jungkook: I miss you too. I would love to be with you, but we both know that that's not possible.

Taehyung: Where are you? Why can't I find you, my love?

Jungkook: You will find me. I am where one feels safe.

Taehyung: What does that even mean?! Please tell me! (Tears streaming down and lowering his gun).

Jungkook: Taehyung, you know what it means. Think sweetheart think. You have solved many crimes and murder cases. The love that you have for me will guide you to me. Trust your instincts my love... trust them and you shall find me.

Taehyung: I never imagined living my life without you.

Jungkook: My love, I live inside you. Here in your heart... in your memories... you keep me alive. I must go now.

Taehyung: No! Please don't go!

Jungkook: I must honey. We will be together again someday. Until then my love, live for me. I love you. See you later.

Taehyung: JUNGKOOK!!!

Taehyung's scream wakes up Min Yoongi and Namjoon. Min Yoongi ran into Jungkook's room to wake up Taehyung.

Min Yoongi: Taehyung! Wake up! Wake up!

Taehyung: Ahh!!!! (Breathing heavily).

Min Yoongi: My God, you are sweating bullets!

Namjoon: Is he okay up there?!

Min Yoongi: Yeah! He's okay! We will be down in a minute.

Namjoon: Ok! I will start making breakfast.

Min Yoongi: You must have a terrible nightmare.

Taehyung: It was a dream about Jungkook.

Min Yoongi: Oh... what happened in the dream?

Taehyung: He told me that he loves me and what happened to him was not my fault. He said that I would find him and that I should live for him.

Min Yoongi: Strong words from a strong man. Its good advice to live by. Did he say anything else?

Taehyung: I asked him where he was, and he said where one feels safe.

Min Yoongi: Really?

Taehyung: Yes, he said that I know what it means, but I swear I don't and to trust my instincts.
