Chapter 25

Min Yoongi arrived at Taehyung's place before everyone and waited inside his car. When Taehyung pulled up and got out, he let Min Yoongi in.

Min Yoongi: How are you holding up?

Taehyung: About as well as I can be, sir. It's been difficult. How about you, sir?

Min Yoongi: I'm still trying to wrap my head around everything. This case has been a heart-breaking revelation.

Taehyung: Yes, it has been.

Min Yoongi: How is Namjoon?

Taehyung: He is in good spirits. I did get him caught up and he has made some good points to investigate.

Min Yoongi: Like what?

Taehyung: To look at things from Felix's perspective. He asked what Han's and Felix's safe place were. How was your relationship with Han?

Min Yoongi: My relationship with the boys was great. I did everything that a good father should do. When Han was afraid of nightmares or bad weather, he would run into my arms for me to protect him. Three days before, I went undercover, Han called me dad and told me that he loved me.

Taehyung: You were a positive figure in his life.

Min Yoongi: Yes... but look at all the things that has happened to him.

Taehyung: It is a tragedy. Where did you live at that time?

Min Yoongi: I lived in an apartment building on 1216 Raiden Lane. Apt. J2006.

Taehyung: (Stunned). No way.

Min Yoongi: What?

Taehyung: Your address.

Min Yoongi: What about it?

Taehyung: Sir, the numbers in your address matched the date that we found Amber and her sons.

Min Yoongi: (Slowly processed what Taehyung said). My God... You are right.

Taehyung: (Grabbed a notepad). Raiden Lane makes the letters of each victim in the family and Ian.

Min Yoongi: What you do mean?

Taehyung: Look here, Amber = Amber, Ian = Ian, Hayden = Hayden, Glen = Glen, Ian = Ian, Terri = Terri, Jon = Jon for apartment letter.

Min Yoongi: Jesus! How can this be? (Knocking on the door).

Taehyung: Ah, Jimin and J-Hope come in.

Jimin: We got here as soon as we could. Did you find anything on Jungkook?

Taehyung: Yes, but we need to focus on Min Yoongi.

J-Hope: What's going on?

Taehyung: I made a connection to the victims and Ian with Min Yoongi's old address.

Jimin: What kind of connection?

Taehyung: Here are my notes.

J-Hope: Wow this is crazy!

Min Yoongi: It is. Taehyung, what did you find out about Jungkook?

Taehyung: I have the location of where his phone was pinged.

Min Yoongi: Where was it pinged?

Taehyung: The airport.

Min Yoongi: We will go there to search in a little while. What did you guys find out about Mark and Chris?

Jimin: Well, Mark left for England two weeks before the murders. Chris came a week before the murders, and no one had seen him since the 17th.

Min Yoongi: Do you have an address for him?

Jimin: Yes. Also, Jungkook's body did not show up at any morgue.

Taehyung: Thank you for telling me.

J-Hope: How are we going to figure out the other moles?

Min Yoongi: Let's check out the airport first for Jungkook's phone. While we are there, we can search for his car. After that, we will go to Chris's house and maybe just maybe he can give us the other moles.

Min Yoongi drove them to the airport. He and Taehyung searched inside the airport while he let Jimin, and J-Hope search for Jungkook's car. Taehyung had a spare key to Jungkook's car and gave it to Jimin. Min Yoongi and Taehyung went to the front counter and asked if anyone had turned in a phone. The lady behind the counter said there were a few phones turned in, but there is one that is not claimed. Taehyung asked if he could see the phone to see if it was his. The lady went and grabbed the phone and gave it to Taehyung. Luckily Taehyung and Jungkook have the same phone and he brought a charger.

He plugged in the phone and soon as it started charging, he powered it on and went to the contacts list. It was Jungkook's phone because he only had Taehyung's phone number in it. He looked at the missed and recent calls and discovered that he was the last person to talk to Jungkook. Taehyung told the lady that this was his phone and placed it in his pocket. Min Yoongi received a call from Jimin. They found Jungkook's car and there is a note inside.
