Chapter 50

Taehyung was getting his house in order making sure it looked nice and cleaned for Jungkook's arrival. This is the first time that Jungkook has been to Taehyung's home, and he is beyond nervous. He bought all Jungkook's favorite foods to cook a nice meal for him for his stay. Min Yoongi told Taehyung that he will drop off Jungkook as soon as his appointment was over. To calm his nerves, Taehyung poured himself a glass of wine. Luckily the wine calmed him down as he hears a car pull up. Min Yoongi and Jungkook got out of the car and walked towards to door. Taehyung already opened the door and Min Yoongi gave Jungkook a hug and left. Taehyung extended his hand to Jungkook and guided him inside.

Jungkook: Wow, you have a nice home.

Taehyung: Thank you. Shall we begin our tour of the house?

Jungkook: Yes.

Taehyung showed Jungkook his home and the last stop of the tour was the bedroom.

Jungkook: Taehyung?

Taehyung: Yes, love.

Jungkook: Are we sleeping in separate rooms? There is only one bedroom, and the other large room is your office.

Taehyung: Actually, your things are here in the bedroom. The drawers over there have your belongings and my things are in the drawer over there and in the closet.

Jungkook: Oh...

Taehyung: My love.

Jungkook: Hmm

Taehyung: I want you to feel comfortable and decide that you should be the one who decides if we should sleep in the same room or a part. Whatever you decide, I will support you no matter what. There is no rush for us to pick up from where we left off love. All that matters to me is that I have you here with me and close to me. We don't have to do anything that you are uncomfortable with.

Jungkook: (Releasing the breath he has been holding in) Honey...

Taehyung: Take your time love. Let's go downstairs and have a drink, I have a surprise for you tonight.

Jungkook: A surprise?

Taehyung: Yes.

Taehyung held Jungkook's hand and guide him to the kitchen where they both grab a drink and went to the living room to watch some TV. After watching TV for a few hours, Taehyung got up from the couch and Jungkook gave a puzzled look.

Jungkook: Honey?

Taehyung: Yes love.

Jungkook: Where are you going?

Taehyung: To get your surprise ready. Do you need something before I get started?

Jungkook: Yes, can you please sit back down. I need to tell you something important.

Taehyung: Ok. (Sits close to Jungkook) What is it my love?

Jungkook: This is hard for me to say, but you must know, honey. (Taehyung nodding) When we talked at the dinner, you said you know what happened to me.

Taehyung: Yes, I remember.

Jungkook: (Takes a deep breath) What you saw was not all the torture that I have received from that man.

Taehyung: (Stunned mouth slowly drop for a few seconds) You were tortured more? (Jungkook nodding as a tear rolled down his and Taehyung wiped the tear away with a gentle touch)
