Ace Merrill x Reader

Summary: You're new to Castle Rock and you meet the infamous Ace Merrill 

Warnings: None 

Your POV: I walk down the sidewalk looking at all the little mom-and-pop shops along the main avenue happy for once to have moved to a quiet town instead of a big bustling city. I stopped in front of one of the stores to take in a beautiful dress displayed in the window that took my breath away. I take in the details on the sleeves and the flowers on the body of it that I'm not paying attention to the world around me until I feel someone bump into me. I look around and see two boys walking past, snickering and I shout after them, "An excuse me would have been nice." They stop their walking before turning around and coming back over to me. I stare at them challenging them and I take in their appearance. One is taller than the other with spiked bleach blonde hair, ice blue eyes, and a Hawaiian shirt. While the shorter one has brown eyes, dark brown hair that is somewhat curly, and a backward blue baseball cap. I look at the two boys who don't seem used to getting called out. The tall one asks, "Are you talking to us?" I gulp but say as confidently as I can, "Yes I was. You bumped into me." He looks at his friend smirking and says, "Well what do you think about that." I roll my eyes at his tone of voice which makes it sound like he's bored and this is beneath him. The shorter one says, "Well I don't think she knows who we are." They both look at me and eye me up and down before the tall one says, "I think you're right. Well, let me introduce myself. I'm Ace." I look him up and down and can't help but concede that he does look attractive even if he is an asshole. I watch as he smirks at me waiting for a reaction but I don't give him one, instead I say, "And that's supposed to mean something to me?" He looks taken aback like no one had ever talked to him like that before. I push my way between the two of them as I say, "Next time just say excuse me." As I continue down the street with my mind racing a mile a minute while I secretly hope to see Ace again. 

Author's Note: Sorry this is kind of short but I just wanted to get something posted for you all. I will probably post most of my updates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays-Sundays.
