Young!Coriolanus Snow x Reader

Summary: Having fun with your boyfriend Corio in the snow.

Warnings: None just fluff and soft Corio.

Author's Note: Since I haven't posted one of these in a few weeks. Not related to any of my previous parts. Takes place after the events of Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes so Corio has his own apartment.

I open my eyes and see gray light coming in from the window. I sit up and see snow falling outside. I shake my still-sleeping boyfriend awake. He opens his icy blue eyes and in his deep morning voice that still gives me chills asks, "What baby?"

I say with my eyes glowing and excitement, "It's snowing outside."

He sits up and the sheet falls away revealing his well-muscled and toned body. He runs his hand through his hair which is still starting to grow back. He looks out the window and stretches before standing up from the bed and going to the window. His sleep pants are low on his hips and I walk over.

I wrap my arms around his waist and rest my cheek on the middle of his back and I see there are already several inches of snow covering the ground. A notification from his communication cuff ruining the moment.

He goes over and reads it before he says, "Dr. Gaul says I can have the day off."

I jump up and down in excitement as he grabs a shirt and we walk to the kitchen together.

I watch from the table as Corio cooks breakfast and I can feel my mouth water at the tantalizing smell of bacon and eggs. He brings two plates over and sets one down in front of me and I eagerly take a bite.

Once we're finished eating Corio asks, "So what would you like to do today?"

As soon as the words leave his mouth I say, "I want to play in the snow."

Corio laughs at my childish answer before he says, "Well go on and get changed."

I jump up from my chair and place a quick kiss on his cheek before running to the room and putting on my warmest clothes. Once I'm all bundled up Corio is passing me on his way to the bedroom to change himself.

I anxiously wait for him and when he comes out we both put our boots on and I practically drag him down the stairs.

Once we're outside the cold air hits me and the snow lands on my eyelashes. I giggle as I go to a fresh undisturbed place of snow and fall back into it making a snow angel. Corio helps to pull me up and I look at the snow angel for a moment.

I grab a handful of snow and pack it into a ball before throwing it at Corio. It hits his arm and he looks offended before making his own snowball. And just like that, a full blown snowball fight ensues.

I'm running from Corio giggling as he chases me but I lose my footing and end up on my back. It isn't long before Corio lands on top of me. we're both laughing, something I haven't heard from Corio in a long time. He leans down and gently places a kiss on my lips.

He helps me up before he says, "Come on let's go inside."

We make our way inside and both of our noses, and cheeks are red and our lips are chapped. I change into some comfy but warm clothes and when I come back out Corio is holding two steaming mugs of hot chocolate.

We settle on the couch and he grabs the blanket off the back of it and drapes it over us. It had been a while since I could spend time with him like this.

We spend the day talking and dozing in and out as the snow outside continues to fall.
