Jack Wilder x Reader

Summary: You share your first kiss with Jack. 

Warnings: Spoilers for the end of Now You See Me 2

 As we drive, through the streets of London I look out the window of the car looking at all the passing sights as we drop off each of the members until it is just me, Dylan, Merritt, and Jack in the car. We come to a stop and I know it's Jack's stop. Before he gets out of the car, I grab his hand and say, "Good luck." He has a smirk plastered across his face and he says, "See you later." I watch as he weaves through the crowd as we pull away. I see  Merritt looking at me and Merritt says "Just kiss already." My face heats up and I look out the window avoiding their gaze until Merritt gets dropped off at his destination before the driver continues to drop me off at the docks. Once we arrive, I make my way up to the stage that has been set up for me. The crowd turns to me as they notice me, and I say "Hello London. Damn, it's good to be here. So tonight, I hope you're paying attention because you're going to need to know this. I say so tonight I'm going to make that boat fly but first let me warm with something small." I clap my hands while stomping my feet and say "Fly, fly, fly." And a dove flies up from the crowd. No one cheers and I say, "Wow tough crowd." I point to a guy and say "Fly." He looks around and I say, "No check your fly." He does and a dove comes out and the people cheer, I say "Wow you guys are okay with that kind of relationship?" I pull a dove out of thin air and everyone is surprised and I say "Yeah he's so cute, let's kill him." I pop its head off before I can move on to the wings my phone starts ringing. I pick it up and I hear it's Dylan telling me we need to move. I quickly put the head back on the dove before shaking my coat and more doves flew out before I made my way off-stage and to the rendezvous point.

Jack's POV: As I do my show, I make sure to keep a careful eye out and I feel bad for the crowd because none of them have guessed where the queen was. I finally reveal how I did it just as the cops show up. I throw my cards into the air and disappear. I begin making my way to the rendezvous point and I look around and see everyone getting on the motorcycles before I realize Faith isn't there. I shout, "Where's Y/N?" I hear behind me "I'm here." I let out a sigh of relief as we both make our way to the motorcycles.'"

My POV: I finally reach the rendezvous point and I hear Jack ask, "Where's Y/N?" I say, "I'm here." I race over to the motorcycles with Jack, and I hop on starting the engine. I'm one of the last ones to pull away and I notice the exit is blocked and I jump off my bike and let it crash. I jump onto Daniel's bike and while I'm on I quickly grab the chip before Daniel crashes and I'm thrown from the bike. Jack helps me to my feet as we are put into a car and taken away. As we drive to the hangar, I feel someone's hand in mine, and I look over and see Jack has my hand tightly grasped in his as we finally pull up to the hangar. We are quickly pulled from the car and rushed to the plane where we are forced into seats as we take off. I feel my fear come back in full force since we are flying in the rain, and I start shaking. I watch as Arthur and Walter sit across from us with Chase as he reads our emotions. He turns to me and says "Emotionless robot. Interesting I can't read you." Merritt says "Yeah you're not special I can't either." I am aware of the guys behind us as Walter asks Daniel to hand over the chip and to my surprise, Daniel says "No." The guy behind us comes over to me and pulls me back against the seat while pressing a knife to my neck and letting a little blood out. Immediately everyone tries to get up and help me, but they are all pushed back into their seats and Dylan tells Daniel to hand the chip over. I watch as he reaches into his pocket and his face changes as he realizes it's not there. He turns back to Walter and says, "I don't have it." The guy behind me makes a cut on my collarbone and I cry out in pain, and I hear Jack shout. Once he's done I say "He's telling the truth. I have it." I carefully reach into my pocket pull out the chip and hand it over. Walter deems it the real thing before turning to Chase and asking, "What should we do with them?" Chase thinks for a moment before saying "Throw them out of the plane." My face pales and I struggle against the guy who cut me as he takes me to the open door of the plane and as he throws me out, I shout "Jack!" I hear his faint cry of "Y/N!" Before I hit the mat he lands next to me a moment later followed by Merritt, Daniel, and Dylan. Jack flips me over to my back so he can check my cut. He asks me "How bad is it?" I shrug and say "It's okay now but I've had worse. I'll take care of it when we get to where're going after." As I finish speaking the lights flicker and turn off and we all climb on the wing of the plane and wave them out as the backdrop falls away to reveal the crowd that had gathered along the Thames. We line up so that we are hiding Dylan from view as we begin our introductions. We're streaming it live all over the world and I can't help but wonder if y/p/n are watching. As Daniel introduces Dylan he steps forward and for the first time, the world gets to see the five horsemen all standing together out in the open. As Jack begins explaining how we switched the driver of the truck I can't help but stare at him before it is my turn to explain how we got the plane to "fly" I explain how we used fans, lights, and rain machines. Before Jack and Merritt explain how exactly we got them to do what we wanted and how Jack hypnotized Chase. Merritt goes over to him and begins joking with him before punching him in the stomach. Merritt walks back over to us, and Dylan begins talking about how we need to bring them into the light. As he finishes speaking the crowd begins chanting five, four, three, two, one. And we all gather in a group hug in the middle of the platform as Big Ben strikes midnight. I turn and see Merritt whisper something to Jack before I whisper and ask, "So what did he tell you?" He looks at me and simply says, "This." And before I can do anything I feel his lips on mine and fireworks going off my chest. He pulls away from me rests his forehead on mine and whispers "I love you, Y/N." Before he can say anything else the FBI shows up and we quickly make our exit. 

Author's Note: Okay so several things. The first one is that I am very happy with the amount of views that this book is getting. I am still experimenting and trying to see what people prefer and which fandoms I should write more for. The second thing is that I was reached out to yesterday to collaborate with someone on a full-length book or possibly a series of books. I have decided to accept the offer so I will be working on that as well. I am not saying anything about the book just yet until we have the first few chapters published here. Now, I am not sure when I will be starting this project but once it is started I will continue to update here and try to keep my publishing schedule on this one. I just might not be able to do double chapters on the weekends. So thank you all for the support on this book and I will be back with another update soon.
